Australia Post - Lakemba Post Shop

My regular of the two that I live between. The customer service is always fantastic! I've never felt unwelcome and never leave dissatisfied with my experience. Every staff member is so helpful and pleasant to speak to! I wish they were open on Saturday so that I didn't have to go to Punchbowl on Saturdays!

Just in case, a scammer has convinced me to send a very expensive item to a parcel locker here. First, if the team read this, please help! Second, if you are asked on Facebook Marketplace to send a parcel to these lockers, DON’T. I thought I was being careful - I used PayPal, I double checked contact information, I received what seemed like legitimate PayPal correspondence that matched my app.
I have contacted Auspost and they have emailed the depot for a hold, but no guarantees. This is my backup plan. Please, please help.

I was amazed by the service I got from here today. The lady who serve me was just awesome, knowledgeable, caring & to the point which I like the most. I think her name is Lisa. Please keep up the good work.

The Fiji Indian lady at the post office was so helpful and kind. She helped me locate my parcel and i managed to get it even though some of my details were wrong

I've lived in Lakemba for over 5 years. I am shocked to see such negative reviews about this place.
I've always experienced great customer service, whenever I pick up or buy anything from this post office . I can vouch for their attention to detail and patience.

Very friendly staff, all the regular staff recognise me and are polite and nice. Since I am polite too. I think a lot of the negative reviews are from the entitled people who go in to cause trouble.

I'm very familiar with this post office. I regularly go there and it is an easy, in and out service. With very sweet, kind and helpful people that work there. It's quaint.
