Had an absolutely amazing experience, helped by the amazing Jason and sidekick Felix who were so happy to help us out with some pretty wacky questions.
Firstly they ordered in nylon banjo strings for us upon request and had them in within 48hrs - incredible. Also bought an instrument stand and were blown away by the value for money!

Recently I have contacted the store to buy drum kit for my 12 years old grandson. Choosing the right brand and model has been challenging: grandson likes to play, but buying too expensive model would be a waste if he stops playing soon. Gavin has spent a lot of time with me, explaining features of different models. As a result he has helped me with the kit that has perfect combination of good quality and reasonable price. I was impressed with his knowledge of the industry, honesty, highest professionalism. I felt like I am only one customer in the store.
I will definitely come back to this great store and would recommend it to all of my friends.

Went in there to pick up a guitar, went home and had an issue with it so I called them up thinking I’d be able to drive back and do a swap but no, Felix told me he could drive to my place and swap the himself and sure enough 10 minutes later there’s Felix with a huge smile on his face at my front door. All the staff are absolute legends but Felix is the definition of a mad dog.

Just wanted to call out the person who looked after us in the store - Felix. He really knew his stuff. Spent all the time we needed with us helping to make the right choices. He's the kind of person that you go back to a store for. Thank you.

Just popped in for some advice on a new guitar and was given great info, they even checked with a distributor for an ETA for some new equipment due in Australia to give me some lead time. Please support this business guys and girls because it's clearly intent on supporting its customers. I'll be back.

I can’t recommend this store highly enough!!! I was helped by staff member Jason, who went above and beyond his role to assist me. I made a stupid mistake with a microphone- he not only called the company and helped sort out this issue for me but also offered to assist in shipping out the equipment for my convenience.
