Australia Post - Crows Nest Post Shop

I've had great service at this post office numerous times and today, when I came in with our family passport applications, the staff member was patient, thorough and extremely helpful. I'm very grateful, as I thought it was going to be much more involved. I'm very appreciative!! Thank you!

Convenient with lots of parking and friendly staff. Bright and clean.

The staff here are always happy and helpful. It is amazing considering how they are treated by some customers.
They have been my local post office for over 20 years and many of the staff have been the same. They have always been customer focused and deserve credit

The 'live - not busy' indicator is not accurate. Two staff on counter with the line stretched round the back of the office so decided to come back later. Post should be a 5 minute job - not 15+

Front Door on Highway Front of Building.

Why on earth is this Post Office not in the main Crows Nest shopping area? It's a gross inconvenience for local people. Another example of bad town planning, or more like a disregard for the local people.

The Chinese male staff there is truly not helpful.

Lend me the tape to seal the box. All he did is staring from a distance and then gave me a lecture that they shouldn’t lend tape to clients for safety reasons. And question who lend me the tape. Are you serious?!
The man is the only problem there. I am willing to take all the risk using the tape ,lol . Absolutely no sense and unhelpful
Maybe you should leave this position as even a tape is a dangerous item for you. Remind you that your job is there to help !
