Very helpful, patinet and kind Ladies at the Dee Why Shop. Postman who delivers to Dee Why Parade is fantastic, always brings my parcels up. Thank you!!

I received excellent service today at Dee Why Post Office. I rushed there right before closing time at 4:50 PM to redo passport photos. I had taken the photos at Officworks but they were declined by the Passport Office. I was promptly served at the Post Office and everything was sorted in 10 minutes - new photos, forms, etc.

The beautiful lady was very helpful with my enquires and also very patient.

Today at Dee Why Post Office I received excellent service from customer service officer Nayeenay. I have encountered her service before and she always provides this in an efficient, friendly and helpful way. She is a shining light of excellent customer service and credit to the Dee Why office of Australia Post

All complainers on here entitled, rude individuals who wont listen, or too stupid to understand what is being asked of them. Hardly the staffs fault. I pickup parcels most days of the week and always get great service.

Fantastic - lady was very helpful with passport application even though my newborn was testing the both of us. I was frustrated at the process but she was compassionate and understanding.
