We collected two single beds Saturday 27th and were very impressed with the friendly, helpful staff, Luka and a lady whose name I didn’t catch. Thank you very much to both you are wonderful ambassadors for Snooze and we totally recommend this store.

Luka was wonderfully helpful at Erina. Offered a range of choices and we bought on the spot. Luka was knowledgeable and friendly. We can’t wait for our new bed and frame! Thank you Luka!

Snooze Erina staff - especially Luca but also his colleague (sorry can't recall her name) - were SO very helpful this week. I was on the phone with them several times to find out about beds and mattresses that were in stock, they patiently went through the options with me, then organised our order and we had the bed in my son's room just a few days later. Bob and his delivery team were also excellent. A great experience all around.

Sales and service from Snooze Erina was great. Unfortunately they outsource delivery and this outsourced delivery service smashed custom light fittings in my house and Snooze will not respond to emails or take responsibility for the damage caused.
Snooze has rectified this issue and is now being dealt with.
