Percy Flint

Mrs C had told me how epic the steak sandwich was at Percy Flint. So I just had to come back with her and try it myself.

The verdict? As good as she promised.

It is probably the best steak sandwich in Perth. If you know of better, please tell me where.

And, order a main course and your pint is only $8. I'd call that the bargain of the year. What would you call it?

Highly recommended.

We spend a really nice evening in this bar. Great music, nice staff, and the food was really really good.

Percy Flint is a great local bar with a fantastic range of food and wine. We basically tried all the small tapas share plates and they were outstanding: octopus, kangaroo kebab and raw fish were my favourites but everything was a foodie’s paradise. Also a great wine collection - such a great experience!

Steal sandwich was delicious, atmosphere was great with it being chess night, free chess boards to use, and the service was good.

We ordered special chicken parmy and I had a chicken burger, delicious! A bit more expensive drinks than other places we've been, but we loved it anyway.

Wow! Really generous portions of food and well priced too. The wine list is spot on too. Will book again ASAP. 😋

Great beers on tap. Had the Beerfarm Raspberry Sour the first time and the Passion Fruit sour from green beacon. Food was amazing. Crispy salt and pepper squid, best loaded fries I've had (there's goat cheese on it, my mind was blown) and nice hot wings with blue cheese sauce. Good price and big portions. The outside area had a really nice vibe. Was there at night during the week and it was very lively and nice. Seems from the comments that most bad reviews are about the staff. Indeed most of them seemed to be staring into space contemplating their lives behind the bar, but once I caught their attention they were pretty functionals... food came in quickly.

First time visiter meeting up with a friend for lunch, he recommended it. Couldn't fault the service at all. I also wish we had sat outside because we both forgot the football would be on but the table of people engrossed in it were fairly mellow. Highly recommended as a place just to relax and unwind, have a bevy, a bite to eat and not have to overdress (actually very Freo)

Such a nice bar with a beautiful garden at the back. Their vegan aioli is a must-try

Great venue with an excellent scotch collection. Good range of beers on tap with a selection of IPA's. Glad they run pints too, schooners are for sailing, not drinking from.

Such a cosy place. We sat by the fireplace and had dinner. The food was nice pub food. Tasty and well priced. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. Will def go back.

The best back yard in Freo!!!!!! Staff always remember my name when I rock up and super friendly. Food cocktails and beer top notch. Recommend grabbing a few mates and spending a few hours there.

I just love the crowd at Percy Flint's. Such a wide range of people, and it always feels super welcoming.

Didn't dine, just had a few quiet post dinner drinks by the fire.

I popped in the night before on a quick reconnaissance while waiting for a pizza (from next door) and the cheerful lass sold me the place so I HAD to come back.

Really good smaller pub with a funky beer garden. Service is great but sad they removed the popcorn chicken off the menu. That was delicious
