We went into the Balgowlah HN this morning and received the best customer service we've ever seen from Panda.

Panda went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect product at a great price. When our desired product was not available, he made sure to line us up with an even better product at an affordable price.

We will be back and ask for Panda, when we need our next appliance.

We wanted a new coffee table so looked at several stores. Harvey Norman had the best selection. Prince was so patient, helpful and professional. He made it easy for us. The purchase experience was great. The delivery was terrific. Chris and Uppy were punctual, polite, professional and very helpful. As a couple of oldies we needed a bit of help and nothing was a trouble. We would go to Harvey Norman again and forget the other stores.

We purchased a bed from Aiden at the Balgowlah Store and his service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Then, when there was a fault with one of the parts when we were constructing the bed, he pulled out all stops to get us a fast solution and replacement parts on a Saturday afternoon so we could fix it that day. Great service, highly recommend.

I rang to check that the stock was on hand as I knew it was sold out elsewhere, which it was. I ordered two units and it was discounted down to $100 from $160. I was told that the stock would be pick and available at the main checkout counter, which it was. I was just bringing up the webpage with the price, thinking that I would be charged full price. But I was very pleasantly surprised when she told me that it would $200.
It was very quick and efficient, and I had gotten the correct price, as I was getting ready to argue with them, which happens all to often at so many other places if you happen to ring in. And they then say that it was not an online order or something to that effect.
I was very happy with the whole experience. 5-stars from me. 😊🤙

I needed to buy a laptop to use for work and Christian went above and beyond helping me find the right one. He picked the right one for my needs from the start, and was very patient with me looking at all the different models for an hour or more. Very good advice given on security to glad that I got the Norton upgrade.

We don't normally shop at Harvey Norman but we dropped in one weekend because they had a large variety of fridges on display. We thought we'd look and leave. To our surprise, both the price and service were amazing and we put a deposit on a fridge. Delivery was on time and they slotted in the new fridge and took away the old one. We are happy customers.

Great service from Panda - he was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Then he took us to pay and Josie, the cashier was the warmest person. So friendly and kind. What a great team!!

Couldn't be happier! The atmosphere of the Balgowlah store is much more relaxed than it's competitors in the area. The service was outstanding and we'd like to give a special thank you to James from the sales team. His product knowledge and attention to detail ensured we left Harvey Norman with exactly what we were looking for and all within half an hour! Highly recommended.
