Busy place and for good reasons, staff are great and friendly, indoor or outdoor dining is great and lastly but most importantly the food is fantastic. Huge selection, well priced & great beers on tap to top it off.
This is one of the best, if not the best place to eat in town👌

Great place to stop for a meal - it's mid range in price and has a diverse menu including a few vegetarian offerings. The naan tasted store bought which was disappointing but everything else was good! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a playground space for kids to play.

I definitely recommend eating at Barrel & Cruse, not only they have a great and varied menu, the food is also delicious, even my sides (veggies and sweet potatoes fries) were excellent! This restaurant is also family owned and run, which in my opinion is an added bonus. The night we went (Friday), there was also live music, the guy playing was very good as well.

Yummy Chicken Biriyani and a dhal meal with roti and pappadum. Great flavours! Unfortunately the place was empty at lunchtime but worth a visit

Barrel and cruse food was awesome I came just before close time and still recieved friendly servive from Harvey and chef Jiji and the kitchen crew and tried chicken biryani for the first time and it was amazing food

Really nice customer service and great food. The chef was nice and the parmigiana was delicious. My favourite was the chicken wings with buffalo sauce. Good value due to the serving size.

Great place.....Staff were very welcoming and the food and drinks well priced....

We just arrived in Katherine and found this little hidden treasure. Food was absolutely delicious creamy mashed potato, Fresh perfectly cooked Veggies, beef parmigiana amazing Porterhouse cooked perfectly mushroom gravy. Service fast and friendly.

Like a bistro sent from God. Back menu pages aside, this place is fantastic. Great food (parmi), great service, great cocktails. Wish I could come back for the barra.

Favourite restaurant in Katherine! Staff are always friendly and willing to help with anything! BEST buffalo wings ever! Every time we go we get and always excellent! We had minor hiccup with our order tonight, the staff were very apologetic, and friendly. Will recommend everyone to go!

Had the beef burger, was really tasty, great beef. Menu has quite a lot of variety for a pub. Staff were really friendly. Beers were well priced but maybe a touch watery. Overall, excellent experience, would recommend to any traveller!

Group of 6 joined for dinner. Great to see staff checked our vaccine status before being seated. Staff were attentive and helpful. Everyone enjoyed their meals, which we thought was value for money. The fish and chips was the winner, very fresh fish accompanied by chips and nice salad. We were travelling so not locals, but would go back if we were in Katherine again. Recommend this small business to other diners.
