Australia Post - Chullora LPO

Had to get a new passport went to 3 different suburbs this post office in the Chullora Marketplace is the best, Ling works there she is amazing!! Best worker to go to I highly recommend you go straight to her she’s fantastic is so helpful and makes the process easy and not stressful as she is so good at her job!! Amazing thank you Ling! She deserves commendation for having such expertise and always knowing how to deal with customer assist them and answer questions, other post offices were not able to help me Ling knew the correct answers and provided me with the assistance to complete my passport. And she smiled the entire time she’s an exemplary worker and deserves the recognition! Thank you Ling

I was lost for words with the amazing customer service received from Rocky. I was desperate for a parcel, my gate was locked, he called my mobile to advise my gate was locked. That is EXCELLENT customer service, he did not just put the card in my box. Rocky, why is there not more people like you. You totally changed the way I view Australia Post. What a professional. I so hope Rocky is made aware of this feedback. I specifically asked which office he was from and his name and said I want to give good feedback. He even said you do not have to. Australia Post is generally pretty horrible and reliably unreliable, but this is the best branch around.

What’s the point of paying for delivery fee, when everytime i have to go “collect” the parcel myself.

Everytime I have a delivery through australia post, they always leave me waiting on the door. They never even try to ring the door bell, and always just send me messages about faliure delivery attempt. I don’t understand. Why can’t they simply ring the door bell and let me know they are here? Why do I have to go collect my parcel at the post office. They did this when I had a 20kg heavy parcel, and I had to carry it all the way home. It is not fair!

I’ve lived in this area for more than 20 years and I can confidently say that these guys are the rudest, condescending and most unreliable bunch around. They always give different prices for postage, and you cannot trust them. They even go as far as to say that the prices on the website are totally wrong. They are not afraid to rush you or treat you as if you are dumb. It’s unfortunate I have to deal with them, whenever I can I will travel further to another post office. I’ve not only had a bad experience once, it’s almost all the time. They even treat each other badly, esp the poor old man who works there and tries to help, the ladies there are rude to him also.

Politely rude and not efficient. I presented them with a QR code for a return order, all they had to do is scan it and print the return information then slap it onto the box. They told me it didn't work and nothing was coming up. I went to another Australia post office and it was just fine, so I don't know why I was kept chasing my tail for 20 minutes. They also cut me off when things didn't work and sidelined me while serving other customers, it felt really odd just waiting around trying to contact Amazon to see what's wrong, when infact it's their systems that failed and their customer care that didn't work out. I hate to say it but I won't becoming back here.

EVERY single parcel that comes through this post office goes 'missing'. Calls to Australia Post to find missing item do not listen to the multiple times that items have been misplaced and simply tell you to wait longer for your item, or refund your item cost. When the last 3 orders I've had were items that were the last remaining products available, a refund doesn't help at all.

This post office is by far the worst place to get your deliveries from. I order a fair few things from eBay and every time I see it has been sent to the Chullora post office, you can guarantee there will be issues. They recently sent my parcel to another post office as apparently that’s my address, the delivery drivers have thrown my parcels over my fence, delivered my parcels next door or even a few doors down. When you call they laugh at the stupid things they have done like it’s a big joke. They are all a bunch of unprofessional spanners.
