I had attended few local auctions and watched Theo and his team selling properties for very good prices and giving 110% to their clients so I knew this was the right guy for my house sale. Theo ran a strong marketing campaign but unfortunately it did not meet our reserve price on the night of the auction. No more than a week later Theo had the property sold for our target price with 2 different buyers offering top dollar. I would highly recommend Theo and the team at R&H Bardwell Park as they go the extra mile to service their clients though weekly report updates and professional guidance to help you sell your property.

We hadn't rented in many years so looking for rentals in this period was fairly daunting. We applied for a rental property through Alex and his team.
