I feel the cashiers would rather be on floor always depressed behind the counter, but they are extremely happy and helpful -on the floor always alert for us all, thank you , yes we can manage without humans if eftpos is always working

I visited my local Bunnings store to replace a broken wood piece holding up part of my King size bed. There I was referred to Mr Tom, a mature gentleman which went above & beyond to assist with my request. To the point where he took the original piece of wood home to restore & make a new replacement as well. He told me to pick up the next day & that he would leave it at the counter as he finishes work by a certain time. I'm so grateful to have met generosity, kindness and a genuine employee in Mr Tom, I'm sure I will see him again very soon to thank him in person.

Bunnings Greenacre is one of the best bunnings stores. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store runs Saturday kids activities . The kids love the variety of activities and enjoy it every time. Vicki and Maria in particular are very friendly employees. They create a fun environment for the kids and are very patient. Thank you.

The bunnings at greenarce is a local store that I used to go with my dad to find the lawn mover that we use for gardening at home. We went to the DIY workshop to do the Easter eggs activities that i did independently with the glue stick together onto the pieces of the egg activity. Nice sunny day to look at the garden flowers of cameilla that I like in my garden one day. Not far away from my house to bunnings. Reconsider going there again to do some more activity.

Staff was really polite - so many products & have recently added pet products.
Trying out a leash which we got for under $15 a few weeks ago, (good luck getting anything from a pet store for $15!) seems pretty good so far - will update on that.

Usual big store, has it all.
Good tools and brands / paint / lighting / outdoor / chairs / cleaning products and of course my favorite the garden selection plus much more.

You can always call before hand and give them the product number on their website and they will check stock for you.

Decent amount of parking.
Staff pretty good are always helpful even if they do get the isles wrong but that happens in all stores at times.

Halal Bbqs on the weekend is a bonus if you eat hot dogs.

Clean store. Cant go wrong
Remember if you have a registered ABN you can apply for the POWERPASS card which offerers different discounts which is always better than nothing.

Hello, I love this place and the customer service in this place has to be the best ever I had a problem with the paint I was using and they had no problems in helping me fix it love you guys thank you for your service.

Excellent place, complete variety products

Came in about a missing part for a previous purchase, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the manager Belinda was a great help.

Nice, cozy place to walk around, and also, we made these for Easter

The staff are very good at helping find where the item looking for is located in the vast acerage of shelving! The vast array of products is both a treasure trove, and also a curse when you have no idea where to find it. That's where the roving staff are handy to flag down to assist.
Happily, the staff are both friendly and helpful to enquiry for those things needed to do various hobby projects and commercial jobs.
The great prices are a dependable assumption, and should another retailer have a better price, they offer to beat it by 10% which for big ticket items like a table saw, saved my over $75... That's well worth a quick net search before hitting the checkouts!

I went in today 29.07.2023 around lunch time and their was a beautiful girl I meet at the counter her name was Zara I must say she had beautiful customer service not only once she asked im here to help anyone but she said it a fee times if her manager sees this please tell them to up her pay or something cos she was very friendly and I hope that her boss will show her this post cos I told her I was going to do it for her today

First and foremost Rokaya gave the best customer service I’ve ever come across. She was already busy as is and still managed to help me out as it’s been my first time at Bunnings thanks to her I will definitely be coming back and shopping here many more times to come.
