The customer service there is amazing! They aren't even rude and one of the worker's actually helped out a lot! They are incredibly kind and told us a lot about stuff and kindly gave us a $400 gift card! The bed that we bought from here is beautiful and my child is OBSESSED with it! It is very aesthetic and we loved the dresser and side tables!! One of the drawers in the dresser broke down and one of the staff came to our home and repaired it! The staff fixed our gaslift since we put it wrong like our daughter said and this is an incredible store! Highly recommend buying from THIS Harvey Norman!

I bought an outdoor dining table which we absolutely love. We had an issue trying to find the locking mechanism and Christine from Harvey Norman Wiley park went above and beyond to help us out to figure out how to unlock the mechanism. Thank you Christine so much for your help !

I can honestly say, in the past I have not had the best experience in this store however on the weekend I popped over to view some lounges where I was met by a sales representative Kabir Ahmad, Kabir made me feel valued from the moment I got in the store. Kabir took the time to understand what I was looking for and truly listened as I provided feedback to the options offered, I loved the care he took in introducing himself and interacting with my grandchildren while going through what was available in lounges.

Kabir, you are a genuinely polite, kind gentleman and it was a pleasure to have met you. I will be back for future purchases to see you and plan to refer anyone I know who is looking for new furniture your way.

With recent Black Friday sales I purchased a new fridge with assistance from Zaid and a new TV with the assistance of Denisha.

Reham is the salesperson in the furniture department and she left a very good impression on me. My mom is getting older and needs a chair suitable for her to watch TV. A month ago I hoped to buy her the chair she needed before Christmas to make her happy.
Reham enthusiastically introduced me to the features of several chairs based on my ideas. Considering my pre-holiday needs, she specifically pointed out which chairs could be picked up before the holiday. After her introduction, I made up my mind and asked my elderly mother to come to the store to experience which chairs were picked up before the holiday. Today, my mother came to the store and it took less than 10 minutes to select the chair she was satisfied with. I left the store. My mother told me this was the first time she had been so worry-free when buying furniture. Many thanks to Reham for her service. highly recommended!👍

I would like to share the experience I had today at Harvey Norman with 2 of their team members, Bob and Robin in the electronic department they were both so helpful and helped both my mum and I to get the best deals possible, they were both honest and very helpful, they helped my mum who doesn't know too much about technology with everything she needs from A to Z and were so patient with her, they even helped to transfer all her data from one phone to another which made life so much easier for her, all with a smile on their faces.

Excellent customer service! The moment I drove in to pick up an Click & Collect order, I was guided by the security a designated parking spot. Within a minute extremely friendly and cheerful Sales Person "Benjamin" came out to deliver my wireless headphones. He also told me few tricks about how to handle this device. In 5 minutes I was driving back home with my 🎧 completely satisfied. I got the best price and a very efficient customer service from this store. Cheers!

We had an issue with a very expensive gaming chair where it was slightly cracked after not even half a year to one year of use. Luckily, we had a one year warranty on it, and Christine from Wiley Park had been nothing but helpful in contacting suppliers to navigate and resolve this issue. She had resolved it quickly and efficiently with fantastic customer service in mind, and she was able to provide us with a replacement. We also bought another expensive office chair and bed from Harvey Norman at discounted prices without issues and will certainly continue to buy from them when we need furniture. I have bought many things in the last year, 75" tv and soundbar, recliner lounge, entertainment unit, and little things like king bed sheets and Nintendo switch games and the most recent was a dining table and chairs. Unfortunately the legs to the table were damaged and I was so upset thinking I would not have a table for Christmas. But low and behold Christine from Harvey Norman Wiley Park customer service went above and beyond to make sure I had this in time for Christmas. I have never had such great service, personal service from someone before in my life. Harvey Norman you have an absolute star working for you, she is such an asset and I will continue buying my goods from Harvey Norman because of this wonderful experience which did not start off too well. A large store located on the main highway, accessible by bus, uber or car. It has all the family needs, including the latest technology; computers, phones, iPhone and apple hardware. It sells furniture, game consoles and televisions and entertainment.

What a great experience by Christine in furniture. I had a problem which she solved with expertise. Christine went above and beyond what I expected. Shame some people don't share her willingness. Christine you are a credit and great asset to Harvey Norman. Thank you once again for all your help. I will be back

We bought a bedroom suite at Harvey Norman Wiley Park. We were served by a very friendly and helpful salesman called Elvis. He helped us to also select a new mattress and gave us a really great discount. He then threw in a set of good quality king size sheets. Our furniture came within a few weeks with only a minor unavoidable hiccup. As a result, Elvis gave us two superb pillows which he hand delivered to our house even though he doesn’t live near us. Elvis went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. Highly recommend going there!
