Peakhurst Mitre 10

Ive been a customer at Mitre 10 Peakhurst since it opened abt 20+ years ago ....despite changes of staff during that time the service has always remained outstanding....all the boys have a sound knowledge of their hardware deal and have got me out of trouble too many times to count with their always helpful suggestions..similarly the counter girls are always courteous and have a welcoming smile for all who call. Being a local I reckon I've been in that store quite a few hundred times...in fact thinking about it because my house has so much Mitre 10 hardware in it I might call it M10..Howzat!

Amazing customer service, went there to get a drill bit to drill into a file cabinet lock, the guy there told me that he could figure out how to cut a new key that would fit and his advice worked. Thanks for saving me lots of time and money.

I have shopped peakhurst M10 for over 20 years. The staff are knowledgeable on products and can lead me to the right spot for dooicky I am Chasing.
Much better service & their prices are competitive with the mob who reckon they will beat prices by 10%.

The usual, better organised and more compact and attractive than Bunnings, with no shortage of selections.

Excellent service better then competitor limited stock but U get what U want with proper advise

Plenty of staff and has everything realy. Much prefer here than going to Bunnings where you can't find anyones help.

I ordered 26cc blower online they delivered spot on service. Great staff I tried to leave a review via the email but it never worked. So I leave the review here. They are much more helpful here than dummings. Remember Reschs Refreshes.

Today I was served by a really nice lady she must be weekend staff applied my discount card credit without even to be asked 🙃 I think the ladies that normally work during the week could take a bit of notice how to treat customers...

Amazing customer service and problem solving. There was a mistake with my online order as the item that I purchased did not have a battery or charger.

Always fabulous customer service. A little more limited in products than Bunnings but would shop here first every time simply because when you go in and ask for help they actually help you and don't fob you off like Bunnings do. Massive difference.
