This medical centre is filled with warmth and care. Carla, the receptionist, is incredibly helpful, and the doctors consistently show kindness to my dad, a longstanding patient.

The whole team has been so kind and helpful as I navigated a very complex post operative discharge plan. It has involved daily appointments. I cannot thank Dr Gopal and the other drs, treatment room nurses and receptionists enough.

This is the best medical centre around. The reception staff is so professional. The nurses are wonderful. The doctors sincerely care, are attentive to your issues and stay on top of things. Wait time is reasonable. You can book on the HotDoc app, and you’ll get SMS or email reminders. If you need to cancel or reschedule you can do it from the app, too. It will also let you know when you need to follow up. The Laverty lab techs are also very good. It’s difficult for people to find a good vein on me, and they’ve not had a problem. Parking is easy because there is a public carpark right nearby. This ticks all the boxes and is a shining example of how excellent Australian health care can be.

You would be hard pressed to find a better medical centre in the inner west! I cannot understand any of the bad reviews on here, unfortunately wait times are the nature of medical care in Sydney right now and not a reflection of this medical centre. All staff are amazing from the helpful girls on reception and the admin staff, to the friendly and knowledgeable doctors to the very caring nurses, I could not recommend them more highly!

Lovely staff and wonderful doctors. As much as medical centres are a daunting and unpleasant place to be, they try to make you feel as comfortable as possible in the centre. Thank you to all the front desk staff, nurses, and doctors. You’re all doing an amazing job!!

Very friendly staff. Had my Pfizer jab and process was smooth and efficient. Doctor explained the side effects of the vaccine before administering it.

I would like to make special mention to Olivia who sits on the front desk at Earlwood Medical Centre. Recently we needed a large amount of information in relation to my elderly mother. I contacted Olivia after 5pm and explained the urgency. She was so helpful, and timely with her assistance and even more importantly did it all with a smile. Amazing patient service. I have been visiting Earlwood Medical Centre for many years and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of clinical services and the warmth of their reception team. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The comprehensive range of services available at Earlwood Medical Centre is truly remarkable. I got my GP review, X-ray, Ultrasound, Blood tests, an Iron infusion, physiotherapy, and even a Specialist's review, all under one roof. This convenience of having multiple healthcare services in one location saved me a great deal of time and hassle.

Each professional I interacted with was not only highly skilled but also compassionate and patient, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visits. The seamless coordination between different professionals exemplifies their commitment to patient-centred care.

The centre is extremely busy, however the staff and doctors are the most helpful in looking after patients that have urgent issues. I would like to commend all the staff for keeping up such a high quality of service and care in such a busy environment.

Came in for a flu vaccine recently and the nurse Lauren was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I normally get nervous when I go in for needles but not here. Very good job and keep it up.

The team has always provided excellent customer service and been respectful and personable even when the clinic is busy. Will be coming here for all my medical needs!

The receptionists are always so kind and helpful. The doctors are patient and provide excellent care and advice. Great service!

Doctor Jaison is an amazing, professional and caring doctor, with excellent knowledge and training. Very thorough and will make sure you receive the best care.

The multiple doctors I have seen are extremely attentive to all matters and the wide range of allied health services/secondary care specialists has allowed for ease of access for all my healthcare needs. I would highly recommend all services.

The medical centre have really lovely and caring staff. The doctors are the most helpful and listen to your needs. The overall atmosphere is very friendly and I would definitely recommend for anyone hoping to have long term healthcare with a centre.

The nurses here are lovely. I have seen them look after children so thoroughly and put families at ease when they are stressed. The doctors and staff are friendly and caring!
