Neat, clean and well presented store. Pharmacist Michael and service attendant were both super friendly and helpful. Not our local shopping area, we were just stopping through but I'm glad we did! 10/10 would happily return for the brilliant customer service and warm welcome 👏 😀 👍

On hearing that RAT tests were free for Pensioners I attended Terry White's Pharmacy in Bennett Springs who happily issued me with tests for my aged mother and myself. This Pharmacy always goes that little extra mile to please it's customers. I didn't get the same response from the Beechboro Pharmacy who tried to convince me that the Govt had not yet supplied them with the allocation for pensioners and it was not known as to when supplies would be available. Interestingly, even Chemist Warehouse in Coventries willingly offered the tests to us. Cheers to Terry White Pharmacy.

In the spirit of Christmas they have an elf loose in the store, Sue elf’s adventures give me a giggle.
The staff are friendly, helpful, professional and very supportive, always up for a chat have a ready smile.

Being disabled I'm at the pharmacy often for medications. Every staff member is friendly, helpful and professional. But most of all they all care. 😊Thank you

I never need to wait very long for my script at this pharmacy. The staff are all friendly and cheerful and they keep prescription costs down and don’t try to coerce you into getting more expensive brands like some pharmacies do.
