Can't justify how happy we are with our wedding cake by Joe and his team. They went over and above to prepare a cake with flowers to match the bridesmaids dresses and the pattern of my wedding dress around the cake.
Amazing customer service. Will definitely be my go to cake maker now 😊

Joe ran the best private cupcake decorating class for some of my work mates and families. He was so patient with us, and taught us some excellent skills! So much fun… he has a great sense of humour!!! We will be booking another class!!!

Ordered our niece's 1-year birthday cake here. No calls, easy process via email, quick replies. Joe and the team made an amazing job and the cake looked fantastic! I was served by Joe who was extremely patient and helpful. I had never decorated a cake before and was determined to make a unicorn cake for my daughters first birthday. He took the time to walk around the store with me grabbing everything I needed and explaining what everything was and how to use it. He never tried to upsell me anything or suggest to buy anything unnecessary. At the counter he explained the process to make the cake and gave me time to write everything down. The cake turned out amazing for a first ever attempt. It was really a positive experience for me so thank you. 😊

Perfectly made cupcakes in great size boxes. The cup cakes are delicious and fresh made to order. Definitely recommend for your next party.

Staff friendly and helpful. Premises very clean and well stocked. They do pre baked cakes you can decorate yourself, helpful if you are short on time. The cakes taste pretty good too

I'm never unhappy walking out of Bake Boss in Jandakot! The store is quiet, clean and always presented well with the best customer service you could ask for. I've shopped at Bake Boss multiple times for different birthday cake occasions and would have struggled without their advice and the availability of so many good products. And so close by too! Highly recommend for any of your baking needs!

Love their fondant, great quality as well as many other products. Going above and beyond - didn’t have the fondant colours I needed so Joe drove to the Malaga store to get them for me so that I didn’t have to drive that far. Lovely staff 😊

I got a custom cake topper, ordered and got a message same day that it was ready! Amazing quality and they were completely understanding I was hiding it from my daughter who was in store with me. Will 100% recommend!

Great place and even better staff. Got everything you need to create cakes to order the unusual. We had lots of surf themed cupcakes for our 18 year old twins. They were great even better than we thought. They were fantastic. Thanks

I did the introduction to piping workshop, so I could decorate deserts for my family. I had an awesome time, learnt a lot and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and eager to share their knowledge, definitely recommend their services.

Cake makers heaven. My daughter is a frequent customer and got me to call in to pick her up a cake topper. They have fantastic stock of everything you would need for decorating and presenting cakes. Can see why my daughter comes home well stocked each time she visits. Only 5 minutes drive for us too so very convenient store in Jandakot.

Amazing shop! Has a great variety of cake supplies and at very reasonable prices. Since finding this place I no longer need to order online which makes planning for cakes a much easier process. The staff are always very friendly and willing to help out with advise. I’ve never tried any but they usually have a selection on baked treats as well.

They did very nice work. Very quick service online and pick ready in few minutes.
There was problem in online file sending so cake topper was incomplete but they assisted in all good way to complete the job. Provided edible ink sketches for DIY.
Recommend this store for all kinds of cupcake designs, cup cakes and cake toppers.

Friendly helpful staff. Very happy to offer alternatives to you, give you ideas others have used, even if that means not making a bigger sale. Love a store & staff like this makes me more inclined to travel 30 minutes to visit again.
