I received great customer service over the phone. The bloke was very helpful in answering my questions about a genuine part I was looking at replacing. Thanks for your patience and assistance mate! ( note: I called using the phone number on their website because the one provided on Maps is a different number)

My experience:
Good website if you know how to look at parts breakdowns.
They always answered the phone (I called during business hours).
Part arrived in the expected time frame.
Part was genuine Hyundai and only $92 (unlike the $358 from Hyundai and still have to wait for it).
I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Urgently needed bolts to fix up the BMW Vanos camshaft sprocket and couldn't find it in anywhere in Australia and found Parts Navigator. I was skeptical at first but placed an order anyways since it wasn't expensive. Come 1.5 weeks and Parts Navigator express posted the bolts to me and I was able to fix the BMW up ready to drive.

I don't understand how people are rating these guys 1 star. I hardly leave reviews but I feel like I need to this time. These guys may not have everything in stock but they'll personally order it and notify you as soon as it comes in. I needed oil pump screws that only come in sets of 12. They were more than happy to purchase all 12 and sell me what I needed. It took about 5 business days for parts to come in from Japan.

Overall these guys will get you what you need. I personally had a great experience. They may not be super active with their emails but they'll definitely get back to you! Will making another order this week.

I ordered an Oxygen Sensor for my car. The staff at Parts Navigator were very professional and friendly. They contacted me to advise me that there would be a delay in sending me my order due to freight issues because of the pandemic and always replied to me when I asked about updates as to when my order would be sent. They also offered me a refund in case I could not wait any longer, but in the end, they did send me my order and also ensured that I was happy with it after receiving it. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service that they provided and would happily recommend all my friends and contacts to go to Parts Navigator for all their spare parts needs.

Not sure about the negative reviews listed here. I made my order online and then chatted with Roscoe who confirmed that the parts would be in the mail the following day. I was hunting for annoying small plastic bushings that i didn't think i would ever be able to track down. was very happy when i received them today. not the URL that is listed here though.

Tried everywhere for a Kia radiator hose, most places didn't want to help or couldn't be bothered.

Found Parts Navigator in a Google search and found the part straight away with the help of Roscoe.

Found the genuine hyundai parts alot cheaper than anywhere else. I called around 1 week after placing my order and got straight through using the number on the website. The guy was helpful and explained he had 2 parts but was still waiting on 1 part to ship them all together. They all turned up about another week later with express post.

Took a little longer than anticipated but, to be fair, the parts arrived as per the order. They always answered the phone and helped with queries.

If it says on their website the part is in stock you will get it quickly, if the part says available but not in stock expect 6-9 weeks delivery from China not 10 days. My issue is the lack of communication, I lodged a dispute with PayPal thinking the website was a scam site and not a legitimate business and they refunded my money, then 1 week after the refund parts I ordered started being delivered in multiple deliveries (them paying multiple postage costs). I run a business myself and fully understand shipping delays, I also fully understand having PayPal refund money for legitimate orders at my businesses expense due to shipping delays (it really annoys me when it happens to my business at my expense). Now I have the hard to get parts I needed how do I pay you the money I owe you. Integrity in business is everything and it begins with paying your dues. What is your PayPal payment email address?

Ordered 2 small rubber seals for a Liberty on 27/01 ETA on website was like a week or something.
Then after no update on shipping status I emailed them asking for an ETA on 06/02 - No reply. Tried calling them and as mentioned in other reviews it is a dead phone number. Opened a dispute with Paypal asking for a refund due to zero updates on my order as well as looking at the google reviews.
Then on 03/03 I got a "Details about your shipment" email from Paypal with a tracking number. Recived the items that same day.
Then I cancelled my Paypal case...

This may be a good store to go to in person (I assume) but jesus christ fix your online store....

Poor contactability through either web site or listed phone number.
Order has not been processed after 28 days.
Would reccomend using other parts suppliers.

I started out being impressed that this company had the part to repair my customer's BMW hybrid battery, and their promised 10-14 days to deliver it to NZ. After about 10 days I had received no shipping info so I sent an email - received a reply the next day saying the shipment was delayed and promising to get back with updated shipping info - THAT WAS THE LAST WE HEARD. I then sent emails, chat messages and voice message on their phone number every few days with absolutely no response. After a month from the order had passed I contacted PayPal who were immediately on the case. The very next day I received tracking info and the part arrived a couple of days later, to our great relief. From what I can make out, Parts Navigator is pretty much a one man band masquerading as something more on its website, and I can't make up my mind if the proprietor is incompetent or so busy he thinks he doesn't need to treat his customers professionally. Whatever the case I have no interest in ever being treated with such rudeness and disrespect again and I am warning others what you can expect.

Ordered and paid for parts. Got confirmation email and that’s it. Heard nothing else for over a month. Had to dispute the payment through PayPal and, thankfully, got my money back. They don’t answer the phones or emails. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of these scammers!!

ZERO STARS. The website said the part I needed was available, they took the payment, then nothing for 2 weeks. Don't reply to emails or answer the phone. SCAM. Refund requested from PayPal.

I ordered a part in September 2021 and when it hadn't arrived in mid October I followed up with them and Ross advised it was still in transit. In March 2022 I followed up again and got nothing back, then in April I requested a refund for the order - still nothing in response. They've stolen my money. Run, don't walk away from these guys!

Beware this company. Website lists parts in stock and require upfront payment. Followup on order, no one picks up the phone, and emails aren't replied. Will have to try to recover the money through Paypal now.
**even if there is a back order, why dont you ever reply emails or phone calls to update the customer? That's basic customer service
