If you're after a non powered site, swimming and watching goannas walk past you while you eat your breakfast then simply book in.

You couldn't find this stuff overseas if you tried.... This would be by far the best place to swim in NSW. Crystal clear water with a solid sandy bottom.... No mangroves No mud No weed just pure pristine water with perfect temperatures... Very kid safe. No fast flowing currents. Water is shallow and gradually gets deeper as you walk further out however it's a good 20 metres before your shoulders deep as a 6ft1 person. Makes it great for toddlers and babies to play close to the shore.... There are pit toilets at the grounds... Plenty of shade in the green grassy area before the lakes edge to sit under and picnic.... Highly recommended. Make sure you get a myall lakes national park permit as the Rangers patrol just about everyday and will take your number plate and fine you...

It's incredible that this place will never get ruined and built on as it's all national park.... We are very lucky.

Very nice place to pull up for a camp and relax. Pretty well priced. Beautiful water. Drop Toilets, however they weren't that bad at all. Plenty of camp sites.

Went with kids here for an afternoon picnic and really enjoyed being in such clean and plush surroundings. The kids loved playing in the water and it was not too deep. The grownups spent some quality time in the park, basking under the sun. The grounds are easily accessible by car and are well equipped with toilets. The trip was made even more worthwhile by all the nature we spotted.

Thought this was a lovely campground in close proximity to Seal Rocks and the surrounding towns of Blueys Beach, Pacific Palms and Forster. The campground itself provided ample space for parking and pitching up a tent. Lake was super tranquil in the evenings with golden hour providing some idyllic photo opps plus the morning created an eerie mist over the water which was cool.
Two barbecue hot plates meant cooking your own dinner was an option, only dodgy part were the drop toilets but I guess that's to be expected, plus no showers. All in all, solid campground and would go back to!

Perfect spot to take the kids or lazy about in the water or paddle board. Shady picnic spots. Love this spot.

Nice campground, we rented spot 4 for a night and could easily fit two three person tents and a car in the space.
Picnic area near the lake is really peaceful and well maintained.
We had a great time there.

Myall Lakes has some beautiful camping spots & this is one of them.
It's so peaceful & serene here on the lake, & you'll be spoilt by nature with fabulous looking trees, gorgeous sunrises & sunsets, & many goannas roaming around.
The camp has pit fires & toilets.
Beware of the pesky March Flies at dawn & dusk though!

Really lovely campground & it's so much better now the NP website allows you to book a specific site. As not all sites suit all camping rigs (eg some are much more suited to caravans - height clearance etc)

Very magnetic mountains here, throws off the compass.
Campers were friendly, but only one lady helped and cared for me.
