This place is fantastic for its taste, and average in price these days.
The fillings taste amazing, but the buns itself are the biggest letdown. Overall the buns are a bit too soft / thin and come cold - I think they need to be toasted some more.
This is less of a problem for the chicken as it’s bigger and hotter, but for the smaller beef one this becomes quite apparent and disappointing.

Would not recommend the beef until they better heat up their buns.
Chips are good.

Rode all the way over to Alexandria to try this burger joint out.
And the team did not disappoint.
Ordered their KFC burger and their loaded fries and radishes as well to off set.
So so so good! Will be back to have the exact same meal again soon!

Been here since the days they were in Fairfield in a little pop up store, it was more convenient coming to Fairfield from work, but every time I visit the new store, the food has always been flavourful and memorable. Been here on many occasions and I have always ordered around 3+ burgers each time for takeaway to eat with the family as 1 was never enough to satisfy the cravings. They leave a memorable trail for me that I wouldn't mind travelling 1-2 hours to see these guys for some hecking good food.

The burgers here are unbeatable, the chicken burger is crunchy yet juicy, I find that it is very hard for stores to put up a burger that isn't dry. The beef burgers are amazing, the truffle burger is the best truffle burger I've ever had to date. Everything is very well balanced and complimented each other from the freshness of the leafy greens to the sauce, the place is very generous with the sauce which will leave you mouth watering for more. Rating 10/10, can't fault good food.

They do their fried chicken really good here, the flavours give a bit of a kick and they really nailed it with the soy garlic as well as the sweet and spicy one. I'm yet to try the other flavours. Crunchy, juicy and succulent with just the right amount of sauce, best place to go for a night out. It's also hard to find a good korean fried chicken place nowadays that isn't dry. Rating 9/10, pretty damn good.

The chips are okay, they are pretty decent 7/10, however I do remember it being slightly soggy when I ate a few straightaway from the takeaway box in the car, it could probably be fried for longer/an area of improvement for sure. It's pretty good if you eat it at the place, honey butter fries were alright for me but maybe not my cup of tea as it might just be too saucey but I enjoyed eating the ones that weren't drowned in sauce. Highlights are the burgers and fried chicken. Regardless, keen to see new additions to their menu and visiting more often overtime. Staff and service is impeccable.

Pricewise is also reasonable and affordable. Relatively cheap place for good eats.

First time trying a smash beef bato burger & absolutely love it!! So well flavoured & loved the sauce! Chips were a bit soggy although I ordered priority delivery but apart from that enjoyed the meal.

Truffle burger, bato burger and the signature loaded fries are insane!
Sig. fries: the chicken pieces are so juicy and succulent, the sauces meld together so well and each individual fry is seasoned.
Bato & truffle: textures and flavours are all hits. Beef stays juicy, sauces are flavourful (bato burger is slightly spicy but enough spice for flavour : not burn your mouth)

Always served by friendly staff.
There’s ample seating but the lights can be really bright and harsh on the eyes at night time.
Some parking on the street but otherwise there’s a shop complex with Parking across the road

Been meaning to try for a while and so glad we did. Highly recommend and definitely coming back.

We got the Bato burger, Bulgogi burger and 1/2 serve spicy chicken.

I asked for bunless/naked Bulgogi burger and it was still super delicious. Bato burger was super delicious too with ample burger sauce.

Chicken was cooked well, and there was plenty of sauce however the crisp ones of the chicken got lost in the abundance of sauce.

Self service tomato sauce, tap water and cutlery. Only thing missing are the wet towels!

One of the best K fried Chicken&burgers I’ve had in Syd. 10/10 for sure, the portions were great, the chicken was crispy and flavourful, service was fantastic and the place had a very relaxed vibe. Defo coming back.

Burger was great. Generous portion. Perfectly crispy on the outside, succulent on the inside. Including cut up pieces of fried chicken in the loaded fries is a genius move, making them a meal itself, like a HSP, but with fried chicken. The Welch's soda is a great nod to Korean culture. The picked radish was the perfect accompaniment. Just the right amount of tartness to break up the rich fried chicken with a satisfying refreshing crunch.

Almost equal first for the best chicken burgers and chicken in Sydney. The taste, portions and quality were 9.5/10. Amazing.
We got burgers and 420g of chicken. I ate my burger and all the chicken on my own. I wanted more.
Full of flavour and juicy. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely delicious! The smash burger was fantastic, and the chicken burger was crisp and juicy. Topped that with some crunchy fries and Korean soda for a banger meal. Prices are not bad also.

100% will be back for more!

EDIT: Sam the owner listened to the feedback and have since adjusted the recipe for the garlic soy chicken. They taste amazing, give them a try! 👍👍👍

My experience with this chicken company has been nothing short of infuriating:
😡 I eagerly ordered their renowned garlic soy chicken 🍗, excited for a mouthwatering, savory treat.
🙅‍♂ However, when my order finally arrived, it was as if they'd completely forgotten the existence of sauce.
🏜 Imagine sinking your teeth into what should be a delightful, flavor-packed bite, only to be met with bland, dry chicken that tasted like it had been forgotten in a Sahara of seasoning.
😤 To make matters worse, this isn't a one-time mistake; it's a recurring nightmare.
🔄 It's astonishing how a supposedly professional kitchen can consistently get something as fundamental as sauce so wrong.
📞 I called the shop to let them know they forgot the garlic soy sauce. But they told me they’ve definitely added some sauce. Look at the photo, where’s the sauce? 🤷‍♂

I can't help but feel like I'm trapped in a never-ending loop of culinary disappointment.

This chicken company has successfully turned my excitement into exasperation, and I wouldn't wish this experience upon my worst enemy.

I reluctantly award them 1 star🌟.

Wow. Wow. Wow. This place is amazing! The Korean fried chicken burger is pretty much one of the best fried chicken burgers I have ever eaten. It’s on par with Nashville hot chicken for sure. Excellent shoestring fries, what we seasoning they use works. The boneless Korean fried chicken wings are also outstanding, good amount of heat and stickiness. Street parking is rare but Woolies car park is across the road. Bring wet wipes, you’ll need them to clean up your face and hands.

Tucked away off the Horsley Drive, I was not expecting this place to be pumping out some of the best burgers out of a hole in a wall.

Fantastic Korean flavours meets burgers and fries. Well executed smash patties and amazing fried chicken.

Value is through the roof with the quality and passion clearly shining though. Service is outstanding.

It is takeaway only, but make it an event. Bring your mates, your significant other and have it out of the boot of your car. You won't regret it.

Can't wait to come back!

Ordered a cheeseburger, chips and the soy garlic sauce Korean fried chicken. Everything was very tasty, the execution of the burger was perfect for the smash style. The bun was of goof quality.
The chicken was amazing tender and crispy. The sauce is on the right level of spiciness and is not overwhelming. A very good place for a quick eat, friendly staff.

Really delicious bulgogi beef burger at a very reasonable price, they do smash patties very well with a fantastic maillard crust👌 I'll be back to try more of the menu soon!

Yangnyeom korean chicken was very delicious! One of the best in Sydney. Whole portion was enough for 2 people. Big recommendation

I wish I’d discovered this place sooner! The burgers are highly rated, but the chicken should be up there on the list! The half bird, and honey butter fries are plenty for two people. Hard to move past these dishes, but keen to try more. The venue is a warehouse type conversion. Fine for causal eating but frustrating with children running around, knocking over furniture. Limited street parking, but there is a car park across the road (free under an hour).
