Chemist Outlet Green Point

Staff couldn't have been more helpful both at North Wyong and Greenpoint when I needed specific eye drops prior to an operation. The pharmacist at Wyong rang around and found a Chemist Outlet which had the drops and then asked them to put them aside for me. Good experience, very professional people.

I have shopped at Chemist Outlet a few times recently and have received excellent service. The pharmacist in particular was extremely helpful, very friendly and I found her to be very approachable. I will definitely come back again.

Found a few bargains there before and staff were friendly. It's a good halfway between Erina Fair's Chemist Warehouse and Kincumber Village's Priceline.

This chemist is the best on the coast friendly service and great prices.

Same prices like other chemists. That "cheap" theme is BS, but yeah, it's a chemist.

I filled my prescription at this chemist for antibiotics. They charged me $18.99. I checked with the cashier as to whether there was a big difference in price between medication. I pointed out that my other prescriptions usually cost around $7 or $8 and why was this was so different. I was asked did I speak to the chemist about this , I said no that I only realised it was $18.99 when I got to the counter. I was told to go and speak to the chemist and they would price match. Yes they did price match which brought the price down to $12.99 still more expensive that chemist warehouse and this was the generic brand. First of all I should not have to ask to price match. It should be automatic if they claim to be a discount chemist. Why was I initially charged 50% more than Chemist Warehouse. That is not a discount! I went there as I needed the medication straight away. Will not be going there again. I found the staff rude and arrogant when I questioned this price and their tone certainly was not friendly when they gave me the so called discount.

Gosh guys, you let me down today. Hardly anyone in the shop but you still couldn't leave your post to show me how to use your blood pressure equipment. Very disappointing!

It’s very off putting when the old sales assistant makes a rude and unnecessary comment about the medication you’re buying

I was charged $53 for a prescription that I normally pay $25 for. When I questioned it he took the prescription back off me and said you can't have it now. And I needed this for pain relief. Really bad attitude for someone that works in a customer service based business.

Advised the cashier this afternoon 27 Oct about a bird stuck on the awning spikes outside the front of the store put there to deter birds from nesting.

She gave a heartless response about there being nothing she can do. I questioned her response. She fobbed me off.

Perhaps she could notify centre management. Perhaps she could show concern for the defenceless bird stuck on the awning outside their shop.
Perhaps she could take some responsibility.

I suggested to her that her response was shocking and unacceptable. We argued a little .... and after I called her actions heartless she accused me of being a cranky man.

Needless to say i sorted out the bird issue for Chemist Outlet myself. I’ll never be returning to this shop again. However i will advise centre management that the Awning spikes are impaling wildlife.
