Wifes been here. Loves it a lot

Went in with a toddler asking for an item. They said they didn't have it in stock. They told me to go check a store in a nearby suburb, but I had to press them to ring the store for me and confirm they had in stock, even though they insisted they did simply because it was "new". Meanwhile, boxes of new arrivals behind the counter and they wouldn't check to see if it was in there. Later, a friend went in asking for the same time. "Go check, X store" they told her. Didn't call, told her "yeah they have it in stock, it's new, they should have all the sizes". Not too much to ask for a little customer service.

So, I went in to grab some items for my daughter with a teen card that had 30 dollars on it. Once I was.done with choosing, I go to pay for the extra which was $4.90, then we go to swipe the teen card voucher, it wouldn't work.
I then asked if I could pick something around the 5 dollar mark that I had paid for, first one of the girl says yes , then the other after a minute says, actually you can't and I don't know what to do now due to the whole sale is 34.90, I said, you can't just wipe.out the 30 dollar amount, she says no I can't, because it's the full.sale.amount and you already paid part Of it.I found that odd.
She then went to the back to speak with her manager,
Comes back and says, you can pay the 30 dollars ,then I'll do a refund for the full amount.
I asked her , will the amount go back straight into my card I paid with.
She says Yes, it goes in straight away.
So I went ahead and paid it.
After I paid it, I waited for the amount to come back in.
I looked at her, and said are.you sure it comes back in straight away.
She says, oh no, not.straight away, it.depends.on your bank...
I then.said, you.told me it goes in straight away..this is.when she changed her story around, and said, I never said that.
I WAS LITERALLY FORCED TO PAY THAT 30 ON THE SPOT.TO GET RID.OF ME OUT OF THE STORE..
AND YOU KNOW WHAT, IM STILL WAITING FOR.THAT REFUND.
DONT GO HERE, GO.TO.ANOTHER SPORTSGIRL

The cloths are not good quality. Go to the city u will see better quality clothes for the price of sportgirl

One of the worst customer service . Staff with very bad attitude and rude with the customers. I would never go back to this store ever!!
