Metro Aspire Hotel Sydney

Stayed here for four nights, and loved it. Firstly I must congratulate the staffs, every time they were quick to respond to requests and were warm and friendly. I had booked the cheapest room but it was much bigger than I expected and was great place to come back after a long day of exploring Sydney. The room was serviced every day and the bed was made fresh which I loved. Location is convenient with a quick walk to restaurants and a supermarket. I am glad I found this place and can’t wait to stay here again.

Awesome location, easy walk to China town, Darling Harbour and just around the corner from Power House museum. Buffet breakfast with panecake making machine was a hit for the kids. Undercover carpark. Perfect place for a trip to Sydney with kids. We will be back.

Our stay at the Metro Aspire was lovely. The rooms were clean and convenient.
Its location is perfectly balanced between a very central point and a quiet street making our nights there very relaxing. The only negative point I could mention is the roughness of the towels, possibly reaching the end of their service.

Stayed for a few nights with some boys, nice place. Good value for the money. super friendly staff. Super helpful. Ritak was very helpful and fulfilling of our needs :)

Amazing find, great location, friendly,helpful staff and fantastic it had a car park too. The cafe for breakfast is a great design and good value buffet! Will be using this hotel again:)

Stayed for my birthday in the city. Staff are helpful and friendly, only few that don't know what they talk about and we had to go through website to get parking instead of at the counter which was totally different price. In the morning some guests was talking too loud and we were woken up by them. House keeping lady was polite and done her job very well. Great location to stay, close to Broadway and Haymarket.

All of the staff here are incredibly friendly and accomodating. I am so grateful for all of their help.

well deserved 5 stars, everything you need in a hotel, great rooms, amazing service and perfect location. 24hr reception is extremely handy also, Chris at reception is always extremely helpful.
no complaints about rooms or location. bathroom is extremely well furbished too.

Great location in a quiet tree lined street, room also had a nice balcony to pick up the afternoon breeze. Staff were very helpful and the car park is conveniently located directly under the hotel. Rooms were comfortable, roomy, clean and well appointed with all the essentials for a 3-4 star hotel.

Nice hotel, well managed, clean and close to the ICC. Breakfast was good too.

Best hotel at this price in the area. They were very accommodating during an emergency for which I am very grateful, thank you. Hotel itself is in a quiet area that is only a short walking distance (about 3-4 minutes) to Haymarket and Darling Harbour. Ultimo is now my favourite area in Sydney.

Lovely hotel located in Ultimo. The room was very comfortable and clean, and was decently sized including a balcony. The location is only about a 5 minute walk from Darling Square and 10 minute walk to Central Station. It is a nice and quiet location, and close by a few cafes. The staff were very friendly. Overall, very impressed with this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay here and think it's great value for money. The rooms were clean, service was great and they were quick to provide anything that was requested. The rooms also had most amenities that you would need and unlike many hotels that are keen to use the Covid excuse, they did daily housekeeping.

We tried out the breakfast buffet one morning and while selection was limited, there was most things you would want in a breakfast. Eggs, sausages, breads, pancakes, juices and coffee. It made life easier with a kid as well because some of the inner city cafes can be quite cramped and not suitable for kids.

The only small downside was that both balconies were not super clean but it was quite cold so we didn't spend much time out there. They weren't dirty, just obviously hadn't been cleaned for a few days.

My friend and I came to Sydney for New Year’s Eve and stayed at this hotel. There were some technical issues with our booking however we were met with kindness and compassion from the staff. Maria was an absolute pleasure to deal with and had excellent customer service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made for a great New Years! Will be staying here next time we come.

This is such a great hotel. Very close to the city yet has a quiet suburban feel. Lovely room, clean and the staff are great. Highly recommended.
