Cove Cafe

A pleasant surprise right on my doorstep at Terrigal. Fresh local seafood with a creative twist and a very modest price range - served efficiently from a oceanfront verandah overlooking the beautiful 'Haven Beach'. The service staff were courteous, polite and fairly efficient. We were there for a busy winter lunch. Some heaters were on the deck to take away some of the winter chill. The meals arrived in a timely fashion and were expertly prepared, seasoned and presented. Sampling the food from my fellow diner's dishes and I can attest to their matched flavor. The pricing seems quite reasonable for the location. I can certainly recommend the Cove Cafe and we are already planning to return.

Great location, friendly staff n most importantly good food! There r plenty of car spaces but this could fill up on weekends n holidays. Their selection of menu is wide n coffee is great!

Called in today for brunch, had no booking but was lucky to get a table as it is always busy at this time of year. Staff were super friendly and the food was first rate. I had the Eggs Benedict with bacon, well presented and quite a large serving. View was fantastic. Overall a great breakfast.

This place has a Great view. I had bacon and eggs for breakfast and it was really good. They even asked how well done I would like my poached eggs great if you are fussy about such things. It is directly under the reef restaurant but not the same price you can even go between the two restaurants inside the building.

The location is what makes this a fine spot for a quick and casual meal, have never been disappointed with the food or coffee.

Food is good, not great. And half of my chips got spilled by the server and I thought nothing of it but a friend noticed that she didnt even apologized. She could be new, I dont know.

First time visit. Beautiful views if ocean. At Terrigal. Boardwalk amazing. Eatery along to boardwalk towards The Scillion. Ordered scones, got 3 massive ones 4 lots of jam and 2 lots of cream. My verdict = AWESOME = 10/10.

Great spot right on the beach, fast service, very organised and good food. My wife had the best poke bowl she has had in ages for lunch. Lunch was so good, we went back for an enjoyable breakfast the next day

Well greeted. Staff, Advices of sun and shelter. Well seated. Amazing menu, ( having to choose between to breakfasts). My choice was huge breakfast. Omg. If you are hungry. This is the breakfast. Daughter choose eggs Benedict. Again be hungry. Really enjoyed the food. Atmosphere. Great service. Value for money. And puppy enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Thanks for helping to share a beautiful morning with my daughter. DONT TELL SYDNEY PEOPLE OF THIS LITTLE GEM.

Absolutely beautiful view, service and food. Vegetarian options that were so delicious (Zucchini & pea fritters) and even deserts.
Can't wait to come back.

Great food and service, we had a big difficult table for Mother's Day with 4 kids and we were well looked after and the staff were very accommodating, fish and chips was one the best versions I've had, great views too

Delicious! Couldn’t fault! Water front views, plenty of gluten free options with a dedicated gluten free fryer!! Large portions for reasonable price! Option to get a $5 glass of bubbles with a meal; just perfect for a birthday brunch for the girls!

A very pleasant lunch, lovely food, friendly staff & great location.

Finally a dog friendly cafe with a beautiful view! Was so lovely to take the dogs somewhere where we could sit and enjoy the view for once. The beef wagyu burger is fantastic! It's a must!
