I just wanted to thank Jervis Bay Vet for taking such good care of my best friend at the end. They made me feel very well cared for and I was really grateful to receive a lovely card and framed paw print which I felt very grateful to receive.

One of the kindest Vet Clinics I have dealt with. Ruby took into account the way i was feeling and dealt with in a very professional and sympathetic manner. Will definitely be changing my vet clinic in the future

The vets, nurses and reception staff are kind, caring, empathetic, patient and always listen to my concerns and questions. They provide amazing, quality care for all of my fur babies no matter how crazy and emotionally over the top I am or may being. I have never been to a clinic where I have received such holistic and personalised care for my critters. I highly recommend this clinic and the other located in North Nowra - they are amazing 👏

All the vets, nurses and staff are very professional and caring and treats our pets as their own. We have seen Anna on numerous occasions and could not recommend her highly enough, She always goes above and beyond in her care for Indie and Gatsby and is a lovely, caring person who is very considerate of our feelings in relation to their care.

If I could give 100 stars I would in a heartbeat. The staff at Jervis Bay have always been incredibly friendly and understanding with the fact my dog would wait in the car until they were ready for her but it's the last month or so that they've really been there for me and my family during such a tough time. From learning that my dog had cancer, to the operation to get the tumour out, to putting her to sleep not two weeks later they were there every step with advice and support. They would call to check in and showed an incredible amount of empathy on that last day. The staff here are wonderful. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else

We recently had our dog euthanised at the clinic. All of the staff were fantastic and handled a very sad situation really sensitively and professionally. Our family was really grateful. We were even sent a beautiful card with our dog’s nose and paw print and a lovely message. It’s pretty amazing having strangers look after you so well at such a tough time. Thanks so much to everyone at the Jervis Bay Veterinary Clinic.

Our naughty dog has been a patient at both the Jervis Bay Vet Clinic and North Nowra Vet Hospital for routine appointments, surgeries, and emergency after-hours visits (thanks, corn cob!), and we have always been so grateful for their services. We’ve found them to be honest, and their prices reasonable for the exceptional level of care they provide to our regional area, which lacks nearby specialist and dedicated 24/7 emergency facilities 👍

I wish to convey a heartfelt thank you to Jervis Bay Vets for their caring, considerate & professional service provided to our elderly dog when she had dental work done recently. All the staff go out of their way to explain the treatment, costs & always follow up regularly after treatment to make sure everything is OK

After having an ongoing unsatisfactory experience at another local vet, I went to this vet for a second opinion, and it was like night and day. Every vet I have had the pleasure to meet at this practice and every vet nurse for that matter and receptionist, has been supportive, patient and compassionate.
It is clear every person who works here is passionate about animals.
When my sweet boy had to be put to sleep I asked if there was a possibility someone could come to my home, as he had had so many vet visits in his life due to his myriad of health issues, I didn't want to stress him out anymore than necessary. They obliged and I was blessed with two wonderful women that eased him into peace and they were so incredibly caring, and patient with me, and I could see he didn't suffer. I will forever be so grateful for that, because that was exactly the passing he deserved.
I can't recommend this veterinary practice highly enough. I think they're incredible.

We started taking our 3 dogs and 2 cats to JBVC about 5 months ago and are so extremely impressed with the knowledgeable, thorough and incredibly generous service of the vets here. Particular shout out to David and Sam, thank you for answering all our questions always so patiently and looking after our pets!

We are not locals and needed a vets advice late at night after finding a tick in the corner of our Cavoodles eye . We were able to speak with an on call after hours vet and she was lovely , very professional and helpful . We attended the practice first thing today and again we and our furchild were treated with a friendly & professional team . We weren’t able to go into the surgery whilst they treated our Bronte ( due to Covid Restrictions) however they treated her swiftly and the vet came out to talk with us and go over our questions and concerns . Upon going over to pay for their service they advised us no charge ! Would love to say a huge thank you to you all for your great service from start to finish . Definitely would come back here if ever we required a vet service . Thank you once again.

I’m visiting with my beautiful rotund dog Stella from the Highlands and was in a bit of a panic about some symptoms that my dog was showing, thinking she might have a tick. The receptionist Kate was so kind and booked Stella straight in.

Dr Sellars was absolutely fantastic with her examination and handled Stella’s anxious state perfectly. A very competent, capable and knowledgeable vet, I was very impressed (and relieved!) with the consultation and treatment.

Last week our girl Molly lost her ability to walk during the night & was in pain & distress. She is a long term patient of JBVC and David Fowler, obviously appreciating our distress, was very understanding & was able to make time to see her ASAP. He thoroughly examined her & conducted a number of tests to diagnose the problem. At all stages he was thorough in explaining to us what was happening, the procedures they were conducting & likely costs. They were able to diagnose Molly's problem & also was able to transport her to Nth Nowra as that was more convenient for us to collect her. David followed up daily during the week to check how she was & her progress & discuss the medical plan. I am pleased to say she has regained her ability to walk & has been making great progress. David & his team's professionalism, caring, communication & understanding made a very distressing time a lot easier for us & Molly. Thanks so much - it was very much appreciated.

I cannot speak highly enough of all the vets and staff, our beautiful English Springer Spaniel Oli was just 19 months old when we had to say goodbye to her. Oli was diagnosed with renal failure at 16 months old, we were absolutely heartbroken. The vets (especially Robyn) were absolutely amazing and so compassionate. We were able to take her home after a weekend of dialysis and just love and enjoy her for the next 3 months.
I asked Robyn how we would know when? She told us Oli would let us know 😢Oli certainly did, we were able to cuddle up with her on our bed the night before she died. We have such beautiful memories of her and miss her so much.
This week we received a beautiful hand written card with a beautiful poem and Oli’s paw print, oh my goodness I couldn’t stop the tears, so so special, thank you so very much for making what was absolutely heartbreaking to such a very special memory of Oli and everyone involved in her care 🥰
