Sea Bay restaurant

A great restaurant in the heart of Terrigal Esplanade. The staff are lovely, the menu is very appetizing, and you’ll find something that suits everyone! I recommend the shallot, pancake and fried rice, along with the pork rib appetizers… Were great!

This place appears to be an institution in the Central Coast. The food was delicious, with flavours of garlic and ginger. The portion sizes were also generous and totally felt as if you were getting your moneys worth. Would absolutely recommend for fans of authentic Chinese cuisine.

Very good food, tasty siu mai, dumplings, soups and other foods. Also the staff are very friendly.

Some great accidentally vegan options e.g. veggie noodles, braised eggplant, shallot pancakes. Wish they would leave the sauces on the table like other dumpling restaurants.

Highly recommend this place! We had the vegetable soup with chicken which was extremely healthy and much needed on the cold night!! We also tried the garlic chiv prawns and just prawns buns and it was deliciousness

Definitely a hidden treasure, all my Friday dinners are here. All my friends who come visit me from the city are impressed as well. Prawn chives dumpling, chopped noodles and crispy chicken with home-made sauce are the best. Good customer service, coming from someone who is a regular there for about 2 years. It is very sad to see others give 1 star because of customer service but no appreciation for the chef.

The finest Chinese food on the coast we have found to date! Amazing dumplings and yum Cha-inspired dishes, as well as a variety of other dishes. The soups are also delicious! We have a wonderful experience each time. it's a BYO establishment so we can sit outside on a Saturday night with our children and savor the atmosphere of Terrigal while having dinner

Good food and good prices. Had a dinner for 11 people for $200 and we were very satisfied! Dumplings and main dishes, the fried rice is different and nice. The staff are helpful, order at counter and food is brought to you. You can book or pop in. Dine in or out.

Clean, friendly staff, dumplings, noodles all.mad ein house. This is traditional Chinese food, not western Chinese. So so good.

The best plump, juicy, perfectly cooked prawn dumplings every single time. Chicken wonton soup is great and the honey chicken is sooo good.
These guys are alway consistent and reasonably priced as well.

I’ve had delivery from here many times. Sometimes they do not have a delivery driver but I text to check first, and sometimes they are on Menulog. Some things are better than others but I’ve never had a truly bad dish. It’s very much home style, and there are plenty of bold flavours to choose from if you prefer Sichuan and Hunan style to the mild flavours of Cantonese cuisine.

Chicken & wonton soup was tasty fresh. Definitely be back to try other things on the huge menu. Highly, huge portions as well

The ONLY restaurant with authentic Chinese cuisine on the Central Coast. The Mapo Tofu is the best I've had anywhere in the world, just perfect.

Avoid the 'Aussie classics' and try for the menu items you don't recognize, be prepared to be surprised, shocked and educated as to true regional Chinese (northern mostly) flavors.

Recommend Mapo Tofu and Hot/sour noodles (Szechuan classic - they do it well).

For those that like the routine Aussie oily slop, steer clear

Such great dumplings and the minced meat noodles are amazing! We ordered from here 3 times whilsT on our holiday. Amazing and fresh!
