I had a great experience today. I found all the staff to be extremely friendly, including the receptionist and the nurse. Dr Kalra was knowledgeable, took the time to listen, and explained everything clearly. I will be back!

The only practice where my family can confidently get a timely appointment when something goes wrong to save going to the Emergency Department. Late Friday afternoon Diverticulitis antibiotics for example to save the weekend!!

Dr Kalra is an excellent, no nonsense, GP. He is an excellent diagnostic professional. His referral to the best reconstructive surgeon, saved my face after an aggressive tumour was removed. I cannot fault his professionalism

Poor and abrupt.
One admin lady told me one thing, set up a phone consultation and the next told me a different story. Very misleading and seemingly unorganised practice.

I just needed a cover letter for work to tell them what the doc said and they say it’s not allowed?

Went for a consultation for my dad. Doctor doesn't listen to you. Rude and arrogant behaviour. He misbehaved with us for no reason.
