Sonia was amazing and so helpful today. It just seems like this place is unfortunately heavily understaffed despite this all the staff work hard to attend to everyone as quickly as possible. Australia Post pick up your game and support your staff..

Fantastic service from Sonia and the team on several recent interactions with parcels at this post office. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to accommodate us on each occasion.

Yes it is busy, incredibly busy however when you walk in there with the right expectations then it’s not so bad. The staff were very nice and polite. And yes queue was long!

These days there are just so many people everywhere and frustration is real. You have to queue almost for everything in Sydney. We can’t change that but only manage our own expectations and with a little understanding, kindness and tolerance makes it easier on ourselves so as to not always live in constant stress.

I Love the fast friendly, knowledgeable service at Baulkham Hills Post Office, always ends the day nicely to see all the staff there! The Service from the staff there is top of the game every day i look forward to sending my parcels in, particularly international parcels, processed with ease!

Did not receive a delivery slip from the delivery driver, went to post office quite late after delivery and they still had the package. Impeccable service and very friendly.

Historically I’ve avoided any post office like the plague, including this one. However, my most recent experience here was actually fantastic.

Only room for improvement would be if they were open on Saturdays, even for half a day.
