Vitahouse Pharmacy & Health Store

I was greeted and helped right away. The man helped me get everything I needed very quickly and efficiently. The bad reviews here are mainly about the parcel point collection. I've actually collected parcels from here without any issues though so I'm not sure why the reviews are so low. Please come to this chemist for better products and service!! It's better than the other one next door, who are not friendly/helpful...

I dont believe those comments for parcel picking issues are fair judgements. They are chemist store and no issue when picking up parcels many times. The main problem is that many times we advised the courier company but never dropped off to our property.

The most efficient chemist experience I've had, granted I was the only customer but still pleasant service.

Be careful,don't ever try to go use this shop for your parcel or buying thing from their,they will give you 20 nuisance call and more then 20 message everyday,the shop assistant man like crazy and talking trash with you, this store only make you sick,i don't understand how people give them good rate on this comment，probably they rate 5 star for themselves,if you looking for something make you sick or rude service，you can go there

If there was a lower rating than one star, I would choose it. He will always send you a lot of inconsequential text messages and phone calls every day before you pick up your package.Please ask the man in the store to see a psychiatrist.！Won't come back to this place a second time！

Disgusting services I ever received. He seriously needs to see a mental doctor indeed. He shouldn't assigned for this job if he is only going to give a bad day to the customers seriously!

The man that works here is extremely rude and makes it mandatory that customers must add their store’s WeChat in order to collect parcels. No other parcel collection points requires this. When you question him, he becomes argumentative, just terrible. If you are not prepared to provide such a service then don’t sign up for it.

Beware If you are a female trying to collect your parcel. I would suggest just go to other place to collect your parcel instead.

The young Chinese men at the shop made me feel really uncomfortable. I wish he could shut his mouth up forever. Never want to go this place again.

There's been multiple occasions where I've arrived well before 6 PM and they're already closed. If you are always closing early then update your opening hours.
