Bunnings Northmead

Been here quite a few times, the store is good, but the staff are next level; particularly my experience with Luke in the painting section! He's got the skills! I hope the managers read this review.

So friendly so helpful.
I always buy paint from this store because they are so knowledgeable and they want to help.
The best inclusive attitude. I overheard a conversation between a Bunnings staff member and customer and they were impartial to where products originated from. It was good to know rational people work there!

I came into Bunnings over the weekend and it was extremely busy however I had an extremely positive experience thanks to two amazing team members who went above and beyond to help me that day!
Marnie was a wealth of knowledge and helped me set up my new herb garden. She was extremely informative and answered all my questions. This was very helpful as I had no idea where to start.
Marcus was also extremely helpful and patient. He helped me find all the things I was looking for and then kindly assisted me at the front desk upon checkout.
I can honestly say I have never had such a positive experience like this at a Bunnings store, and because of this, I will definitely come back!

We often visit this store as it is close to my place, but I love the nursery section of this store. I have met a staff at nursery, her name is Niru and believe me, she is a star! She knows all about plants and is very suggestive. She is polite, very helpful and is a happy person. 😊😊😊

Writing this just appreciate the staff at this amazing Bunnings. Especially Jeremy from the timber warehouse or cutting section. He's such a legend and has attended to us with utmost courtesy and helped cut a large panel or two when we turned up few minutes before closing.

I've a big fan of Bunnings Northmead and they've consistently done an outstanding job there.

They're always well stocked, staff are around to answer questions and they know what is going on and where to look. They've also had some great events too for children and more that has entertained the family. Great place and LOVE THEIR WORK!

The store is laid out great and the paint section guy helped me on the phone to figure out what to do about my problem. Great team. Cheers

I went to this bunnings as it was on my way to home , it became the best experience with bunnings so far. I went to garden section the lady who was working there stopped the thing she was doing , came to me and asked me how she can help. I showed her a photo of one of my plants. As soon as she saw the picture, she realized what was wrong with my plant. She came with me indoors and helped me to find the necessary things to help my plants. She could easily tell me the isle number but she came with me and explained how to use the product.
The cashier was grumpy but every other staff I encountered were extremely helpful.

The team went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I had a positive experience. Thank you all!

Has a big parking and lots of car spaces.customer service is perfect and have very polite and helpful staffs.

Nice one. Staff are friendly. Ample parking. Always almost empty. Right next to kfc and maccas makes it a good place to kill time.

This Bunnings outlet has two levels with plenty parking at the basememt level. I came here to grab some cord holders and hooks and I was able to look for them on Bunnings website and easily locate them in the store along with Aisle number. There was plenty of stock available as well.
On the other side of plants section I grabbed the coriander plant. I did seek information about its maintenance and growth from one of the staff and he was very helpful in giving proper guidance. Thank you Bunnings.

I always have a great experience with Bunnings Northmead. I would like to give 5 stars to Sam who helped me to find a filter to my vacuum. She was very keen to walk with me around the store to ensure that l found out the filter. She was very patient and supportive. Thank you Sam!

Good store but can some one tell me why its located with in eye sight of the next bunnings. North parra bunnings is literaly 2 minutes away

Kasey in the paint department is an asset to the store, so helpful to making sure we went home with the most suitable coloured paint to paint our fence. This is the best Bunnings in the district with friendly people out and about as well. They also make great hot chocolate and cappuccinos...
