Have been visiting Dr Shetty since 2010. One of the best doctors. The quality of her medical care is just outstanding.
Not only has she taken great care of my health and my kids' health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. Have recommended her to a lot of my friends and they have given me the same feedback!

Dr shetty is one of the best doctors in sydney... We have been to many GPs around but, have never found anyone like Dr shetty.. The staff here are also quite good....Dr Shetty is also treating my mom and is always helpful...she's is one the best doctors in Sydney....

Wherever Dr.Shetty goes, we would follow. I have been seeing her for over a decade now.

Dr. Shetty is thorough and passionate with her work. Ever time we see a specialist, the standard feedback we get from them is . ‘Your Dr is very thorough and done a comprehensive analysis’.

Dr. Shetty is like family to us. I am till date fascinated by her memory on how she remembers each patient’s history.
Best part is she follows up and make sure we get our yearly checkups done.

Dr Shetty has been a savvier in so many instances. When she was away I had to see a another practice for my son. He happened to be down on and off with fever and he was given 3 different antibiotics in 3 weeks and nothing worked. Thank god , Dr Shetty returned to work and she did series to test and confirmed it’s pneumonia and started the right medication and saved us from the hospital admission. I can go on and on with my experiences… Best Dr we have ❤❤❤ Thank you Dr.

I have seen Dr Vidya Shetty since 2005. I think I am so lucky to have her as my GP. I have many GPS before but no one comes anywhere near to her. Last few years she is our family Doctor. We wouldn't go to any other GP'S as long as she is here. Staff are so nice too. They always welcome us with a smiling face.
During COVID Dr Shetty always ring us to check on us if we needed her consultation. I used to contact the centre via email too. The staff is so good and prompt to pass it to Dr Shetty. Offcourse waiting time is long sometimes because Dr Shetty is looking after each patient the same way as you are. I am happy to recommend Dr Shetty to anyone and also the staff. If we are understanding that clinic and staff are great.

The Reception staff are great, very pleasant and approachable. When I walk in, they always welcome me with a smiling face irrespective of time and day. Sometimes I have to wait couple of hours to see the Dr. When Dr is spending time with us, we are happy, we should understand Drs are trying to do the same with others. It is nothing to do with Reception staff. When I ask them, "how long I have to wait?", they reply very patiently with a smiling face. That itself is a real comfort.

One of the best Medical Centre out there and I'm a regular patient there. We need more of this in our community who treat patients with respect and dignity. I never seen a sincere service they provide here in this centre not like other Medical Centre who's only after swiping your Medicare Card and the service stops there. But in this centre, it feels like a personal service and you're at home plus they really care about your well being. I fully recommend their service to anyone looking for a good quality service. Thank you very much and looking forward on my next visit.

All services are provided in Dari, Persian and English language which help the customers to explain health issues effectively.
The parking spots are available around, the free ones in Parramatta Park.
Do not forget to book the appointment in advance, otherwise the waiting time is around 2 hours.

Dr Veda Safi is so experienced humble and always take care of patients by Understanding their situation and condition & always recommend appropriate treatment and advice.

Great doctors especially Dr Safi but long waiting hrs even though you book in advance.

In the last few years I have been treated by Dr Veda Safi who is an exceptional or rare to find doctor, very dedicated and caring for her patients, I’m glad she is my GP as this is one of the best medical services I have had from Dr Veda , specially after living in Sydney for 42 years and trying different general practitioners.
