Excellent service from a lady who works there. I called to ask if she had a masala duppa. I am not Indian. I didn’t think she understood what I was saying. The conversation was very choppy. I asked if she could hold it for me and when I showed up to her shop 3 hours later…. There it was. She had kept it aside for me. Thank you so much. They are all so friendly and provide excellent service. Thank you once again.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at this grocery store when I accidentally purchased two packets of the same product and attempted to exchange one. However, the staff at the counter refused to facilitate the exchange. This lack of willingness to accommodate customer requests is disappointing, especially considering that I purchased the items just last night. Additionally, one of the products, Gur, was found to be contaminated with fungus upon inspection. It's disheartening to encounter such issues, particularly when patronizing a store known for its Indian groceries, even in Australia.

Almost all Indian groceries and Indian packed food , snacks and religious samagri(materials) under one roof...spacious, easy to shop with very friendly manager and staff...

Very good experience for shopping Indian groceries , vegetables , diary , bakery and the items mostly used by Indians which are generally not available in Woolworths, Aldi or other super markets. Friendly staff and customer service. The prices are very reasonable and affordable.
