I recently bleached my hair for the first time and I got in done at my usual hair salon. I am very new to changing my hair colour hence why I came to the store. I spoke to this friendly gentlemen and he explained so clearly and simply about why my hair is so dry and how to fix it. He recommended products and I bought recently online. Such lovely people and honest. I have not regrets at all. Defo would recommend this place if you have any hair concerns they are always happy to assist

The two girls working today absolutely saved my hair from a bleach disaster from another location. They definitely know how to work with blonde hair & made me feel pretty again. Also fantastic customer service.

I had really super dry hair and Aisha had really done an amazing job with it and recovered it and made it feel really silky, also taught me how to treat my hair and look after it! I will definiteky be coming back! The customer service was amazing and they were all so friendly and nice!

If there was more stars I'd give them! I was greeted by friendly faces and in the 3 hours I was having my hair done I never once felt like I was being left unattended. The service was brilliant and these hairdressers know exactly what they are doing and what they are talking about. Special mention to Aisha who turned my hair from a nasty straw looking nightmare to a lovely soft and shiny head of hair (she's a miracle worker) and also to the salon owner who made sure I was happy with the service I received. I was offered coffee and refreshments and the salon was pleasant and clean. Best salon experience I've had in a long while and was surprised to find the price was fair compared to other salons of this standard. The product range was awesome aswell with everything I needed in stock. Will definitely be back !

There is a piercer there, I got her name today which is Katia, she does the best piercings I’ve ever had. No infections, no swelling / bruising or falling out. I highly recommend this lady, as she’s exceptional at what she does and so so friendly, stops any anxiety you may have when you are about to get a piercing done as we all know.

I came in on Saturday 14/12 to have my hair done by Katia(?)
I just wanted to acknowledge how happy I am with it. I'll admit at first I was unsure but I got home and had a play with it and I absolutely love it but also she was so nice, attentive and knee exactly what she's talking about. It's rare to have very honest hair dressers now days but she was honest from the beginning explaining the complications there could be and the fact she was able to acknowledge that from the very beginning made me comfortable throughout the whole process.

I love my hair and so does everyone else! Thank you to Katia and Merrylands hair house for caring and taking the time to make me feel good about something I've put aside for so long! 💕

It was my first time at this place, was very happy with the staff and their services. Special mention to Kirsty who was patient and attentive in listening to my specifications on how I want my haircut done and delivered beyond expectations. I left happy and smiling from the place. I’ve had horrible hair experience in the past and always struggled to find the perfect shade of red that didn’t fade to orange. I then started seeing Mikayla and she has been the best thing to happen to my hair. Both very professional as well, very welcoming and friendly. I always get compliments on my hair and I owe it to Mikayla. I recommend her to all my family and friends, she is an amazing hairdresser and I’ve been seeing her for a few years now. Also the salon is the best place to get advice on any hair questions. Definitely go there for a great new hairstyle.

Since new management have taken over, i have noticed a dramatic change in service led by their manager Mary. Aisha did an amazing job with my hair colouring and provided expert advice for my hair colour and after care.

I would definitely return there again.

Went in to buy some hair products and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely staff member. She helped me find the right products and she was very knowledgeable on which ones would suit my needs. The team member who served me at the register was also very friendly and helpful, overall great staff.

Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Jess and the girls . The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, will definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone. 😊😊 Thank you so much Jess.

I needed a trim asap because I was going out for the night and it was Sunday and they about to close and i asked them can please give me a trim and it was my lucky day this beautiful person comes out with smile and she said il do it, that's what I call good PR relations, thankyou mikayla looking forward to come again.

Got an ear piercing done there recently, Mal was so kind and professional, would definitely be returning for my next ones!
