I been using this company for several years now for my Toyota parts and have rarely had any issues. Provided you know exactly your correct part numbers and are prepared to patiently wait, for me it certainly beats going to a dealership and being ripped off. A few times a part that I ordered was canceled -even after ordering but as disappointing as that may be Amayama was likely not to blame, its supply issues from Japan. Always my received parts are exactly what I have expected to receive based on my final order summary. Shame with the recent shipping delays (now better) but this is likely not Amayama fault and anyway it's what you have to manage if you want to get your Japan quality parts cheap.

Cheap prices and quality OEM products. Takes a few weeks to arrive so recommend for non urgent parts.

Happy to say it was a very good experience, postage was a bit slow but that’s to be expected in Australia these days.
Other than that the price was far better than quoted by the local Toyota Dealership.

I urgently needed portion of my order which had arrived ahead of my other parts shipment due to delays beyond their control, Jacob apologised and offered to ship out the parts I needed first at no cost.

Solid place to pick up genuine bits and pieces for your old Japanese cars, parts do take a while to process but that's to be expected since they order direct from Japan, but once the parts do come to their warehouse, orders get processed really quickly.

Their website is also a great place to look over parts diagrams for different cars and see how parts are assembled in your car.

Have been a customer for a while now and will stay a repeat customer as this is a really good place to pick up parts.

I purchased upwards of $500 of genuine parts for my 15 ish year old japanese car, and I had a very easy experience.
took around a month from ordering to recieving my parts from japan.
Website looks a little old and dodgy but it really was quite easy to use to search up exactly the part numbers I was after.
Another great thing I liked was the updates, so I was aware of what was going on and where my parts were at any given time.
Didn't have a lot to do with customer service but it was quite blunt but good nonetheless.
Would I use amayama again?

If you can do local pickup and thus not have to foot the bill for shipping, the prices for some of their things are actually cheaper than staff sales at the various auto companies that amayama sells parts for. Most of the stuff is still cheaper than the dealer, but all this comes at a price: if you need something *right away* do NOT buy from here. They typically ship stuff by the container load so as to keep shipping costs low, so things can take 6 or more weeks to arrive depending on your luck. But this was before covid.
Now, with the current global lack of manpower in the shipping industry and shortage of shipping containers worldwide, the wait time can be expected to be at least several months.
Their inventory count for parts is not real time, so don't be surprised if you buy something only to get refunded because it is no longer in stock.

Would definitely recommend for all your parts needs! My part arrived quickly from Japan and you won't find another place that beats these prices! Amazing!

I highly recommend Amayama for anyone looking to purchase genuine car parts. I have made multiple orders over the last few years & never had any issues. I purchase a lot of Toyota genuine parts from here. They are a lot cheaper as opposed to going through the parts counter at any actual Toyota dealer. All parts come straight out of UAE as well as Japan. Dealing with Jacob from Amayama NSW has been great. Extremely helpful with everything I need. Thanks for making my life easy legend ✌🏽

Very easy to order parts online with Amayama.
The parts were very well priced and delivery was within an acceptable time frame.
The parts weren't available through Toyota Australia as they weren't an option on the Australian model so I am very happy with the whole deal.
Highly recommended.

Have been a customer for many years. I generally find the price competitive (especially when compared to a local dealership) and have had positive experiences with the local staff (especially Theo). Sometimes parts are unavailable but when you consider the overall circumstances, it's still worth giving them a go.
