Kmart Hurstville

Today I went to your store to get some swimwear not knowing where to find it I went to the service desk to ask . The young lady listen to what I was after and immediately to me where to go to find it . Her instructions were that good I could have closed my eyes and still found it . She was VERY good .She said it was because she had worked there for 3 years and new were most things are .I don’t live close but will endeavor to come back to this store again .

Just had a great in store customer service experience. A big thank you to Rory who was in the customer service department who tried his best to help me with a return.
He was polite and extremely patient and helpful. So nice to receive great service from someone young. Thank you Rory, he's definitely a credit to.your store and his parents should be extremely proud.

Sharon helped me today with my click and collect order. I spilt coffee and made a mess. She cleaned it with no fuss. Her service skills are excellent. I had forgotten an item and she called to inform me. If not I would not have known. This girl is the reason for my 5 stars. Service with a smile. So rare these days. 👏

If your after old fashion customer service I recommend you visit Kmart Hurstville.. I had the store manager Ali, assisting me with my inquiry. You could tell he loved his job, helping customers and took pride in his work. His customer service representative Aimen was also involved in helping me. It’s been a long time since I found that kind of excellent service and all done with a smile. Well done Ali and Aimen👏👏

Great selection here they have most things the people are nice and helpful they also have great t shirts and clothing that don't wear out easily. I brought a blender from here and it works and I make smoothies with it every morning and the customer service was friendly neat and professional and they have have great t shirts they have rocks bands and punk bands tees for dad's or who ever you are anywhere thumbs up for you guys very happy 👍

Good prices for nice products. You can find good toys for kids and pretty cool decorations for low prices. I can spend hours in Kmart with my kid as he can play with toys and read books there) but mostly play with toys for sure.
Sometimes it’s hard to find some items as people usually forget to put products back to the shelves when they decide leave it...but it’s still one of my faves)

Great value stuffs for your home. We bought a rice cooker, a laundry basket, a multi unit container for our spices and two pillows there. They were reasonably priced and we're sure that they will last us for a while.

The most amazing thing about Kmart is that you can get everything from clothing, shoes, undergarments, swimwears, etc to electronics to homewares/ kitchenwares,... all in one place, all in reasonable prices. But sad thing... I tried to find mattresses and bedstands but, apparently they have stopped selling them in store. 😔 Also, they did not have bags for carrying stuffs we buy (probably because it was late and they were about to close), once they gave us something that looked like a garbage bag, and another time, they asked us to buy their nonplastic bags which was very small in sizes ($1) and other big one was expensive for a bag. (My bad I keep forgetting to carry a bag on me)

But still Kmart is Kmart 😊 so still 5 star for me.

I dare you to enter this store and not contemplate buying something! Cannot believe how much stuff they have that I didn't even know I wanted. Bought my nephew toys that I would have saved up for months to buy at a fraction of the price! Going to have a lot of fun! Kmart really has stepped up its game!

I love my local K-Mart store at Hurstville, especially on a Saturday! I always go super early as it can get really busy in the afternoons, especially around lunchtime & afterwards! I came yesterday Saturday 29/2 and bought some lovely black pants for work. I never buy pants, purely for the fact that I can never get the right size and then I have to go and get the hem re-done! Which makes for a costly experience, but the 1st pair picked up fitted me perfectly and great length as well. Also, got some great shoes for work and they look lovely on. I also love their homewares section. The only thing they need is more options in the their doona covers. They always seem to have limited supply. But still love coming here. Also, the staff are lovely as well...******

I love Kmart, they have good quality things for cheaper prices. they have alot of decor stuff and they've got good shoes. they also have very nice wallets and hand bags.

First visit since I was a teenager.
Well set out store. Plenty of stock. Friendly staff. Will be back regularly.

Excellent shop at Westfield hurstville. Children clothing and other accessories are so cheap and the store is always packed with customer's. Opening times and closing times are just right for all the consumers. And most importantly the customer service is the best. Better than BIG W, 🎯, and other stores I been to.
