Machi Machi Hurstville

I was not very keen to try out this place due to its reviews but this bubble tea changed over the course of a few months…
Drinks took a while to arrive but that’s understandable as there was many other customers
The drink was okay like normal and it was good, like other Machi Machi stores.
It was presented i a nice fashion and I overplay quite like this place.

Ordered Online and just come to pick up. A little bit pricy compared to the others milk tea, but still worth the money

I was initially hesitant to try out this store due the reviews re: long wait time and poor customer service, but the cashier (young lad with his hair tied up) was attentive, thoughtful, and patient (can’t say the same about the guy making drinks back in the kitchen tho).

I waited 20mins for my drink and the cashier was apologetic and clarified the wait time. When I spilled my drink by accident, he very kindly offered to clean up (we were trying to do it ourselves but he told us to leave it and insisted it was okay) and asked the other guy in the kitchen multiple times to remake my drink, although the kitchen guy didn’t seem as keen. The kitchen guy wasn’t acting horribly, he just avoided eye contact and ignored us completely when we tried talking to him lol.

Leaving this review for the young lad at the front counter. If the boss sees this, give the dude a raise!

i absolutely love machimachi! i'm not sure about the other reviews but my experience here was great and i got a pearl milk tea with coffee jelly and ive never tasted such soft pearls. the coffee jelly didn't taste as suttle like other milk tea stores, it tasted like they used a lot more coffee than other places.

The drinks here are delicious! The brown sugar drinks are always the best. Nice staff and they speak chinese too! I recommend coming here if you have a lot of free time. though the drinks are a bit small and too expensive, if you dont mind it being expensive then this is the place for you!

Friendly and efficient service, tasty drinks. Highly recommend the plum jasmine tea (pictured). Will be back again!

I’ve ordered drinks here multiple times and not been disappointed, both in store and via doordash. Staff in store are helpful and kind the multiple times I’ve been.

The grapefruit green tea slush has always been my only favorite drink at this place. Simply can't find better elsewhere.

Staff are super friendly and nice, drinks are good and are great qualitu but a bit expensive for some people.

I love the strawberry slushy with cream cheese foam . Worth it and even the matcha panna cotta!
