Visited on Sunday 12 November 2023 around 4pm and the service I received here was a refreshing change to the dismal service I had from JB hifi downstairs.

I wanted to try on the Garmin Venu 3 smart watch to see if it fits my wrist. The staff member went out of his way to find an opened/returned package in the store room and allowed me to try it on for size. Kudos to that staff member and I will return to Rebel Sport in future.

Good shop with a decent variety of products. The customer service is usually excellent. Staff is friendly and polite.

Such a great customer service from Christian! I went to the store yesterday looking for a tennis racquet without any cloud of the specs to consider and Christian helped me a lot by clarifying all the aspect to consider at the moment to buy a racquet. So my 5 starts go to him. Once again, thanks heaps!!!

A great variety of products to select from. Attended today (15.09.23) to look at some fitness products which I had little exposure to and was served by Kai B. His service was impeccable, was patient in providing knowledgeable information based on the products I was after. If you are heading to the store, ask for Kai. B, best service yet after attending Rebel Hurstville several times⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really wanted to email the important people at Rebel Hurstville about the high quality service I received this week. It's a shame that Rebel is not receiving emails, and I am unable to do so. Not being able to praise staff at a time when it is busy is poor, as the attention to detail and care offered was over and above and easily the best at a Rebel Store. I'm sure that many complaints are given, so it would be good to be able to do this. Please change this so that the staff member gets good feedback and rewarded for treating customers in the right way.

Came here to get football boots and I asked a guy if they had size 10 or 10.5 boots. He went to check and came back out instantly saying they only had size 11’s which were on display

checked the website saying they had size 10 and 10.5’s and asked Davina this time. After a good search, she came out with both sizes.

Service was amazing by Davina and appreciate her taking the time to look.

Would give 10 stars to her if I could. Thanks Davina :)

Visited store today to purchase some basketballs for my kids. Staff member Carol helped me. They didn't have what I was after so she very kindly generated a free shipping code for me to make my purchase online. She was very friendly and more than willing to help. I don't come across staff as nice as she was, so it was much appreciated. Carol is an asset to the Hurstville store.

I was served by Carol at the counter and she was incredibly polite and helpful with all my questions. She is honestly one of the best staff members I’ve met from a rebel store.

I found out that the management are wonderful here. Staff are treated well. No discrimination here. Infact they too support open for all or not opened at all. Click and collect only- support this place, because they support their workers. Oh and the goods are top quality too.

I've come to this store pretty often whether its checking out new products or purchasing. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Shoutout to Gloria who assisted me today with a pair of Adidas. Not only did she served me, but also two other customers at the SAME time in a timely manner. Good stuff!

I would really like to thank all the workers at rebel sportsat hurstville , on the floor and on the phone, for their amazing and quick service and patience. In addition to the team work effort to in processing my click and collect order quicker thank I much expected. Further thanks to the team at rebel that waited for me to come pick my order despite anotifying them I'm running late and arriving after store hours. The customer service by was so respectful, understanding and considerate, over the phone, as well as in person, including the two respectful workers that remained waiting for me to arrive and collect my order, after their working hours. It is pretty big. You can get cheap shoes on sale sometimes. It is better to check catalogue regularly to get cheap deal. Staffs are helpful. If you want to get good ideas on any items, you better talk to them before buying it. They will help you out.

As soon as we got to the shoe section we were greeted and helped immediately. Nick was super friendly, funny and more than happy to run out the back for us more than a few times, even with his limp. Super nice guy and one of the best team members I’ve encountered there, surprised to know he’s only been there 3 months. Hopefully to stay!

Bought a pair of $210 soccer boots for my son , My husband found them cheaper on line , I asked if they priced matched a lovely young lady called Gloria said yes we do, I showed her the lower price and without hesitation she refunded me the difference with out any hassle. Some of collections are very unique. We found some Training Items for clubs & personal use.

The staff are so helpful whenever I've been in here. Good attention to detail, patient and good with their recommendations.
