Love the customer service, their product and their reasonable prices, HALAL certified and their staff are aware of halal products and what halal is..
(I have witnessed other chicken shops in Hurstville who state their products are halal but are not, the staff tale talk)
The hot food here is legendary and well known for their delicious selections, the beautiful lady serving there has a swindle on the customers, as a customer you feel welcomed, greeted, served and satisfied. The staff abide to the health regulations and highly understand and take necessary measurements to ensure no cross contamination.
This shop has always been and will continue to be iconic to Hurstville Westfield, I definitely rate this place a 10/10, as I have always enjoyed their HOT and COLD products, always seemingly fresh and tasty.

This shop surpasses all the rest and is simply the best. I have been buying chicken breasts from this store for many years. The food is great and the prices are good. My dogs and myself love it

Have been a loyal customer for years. Have arguably the best chicken thigh fillet kebabs made in house daily. Well priced and great service. 👍🏻

Absolutely Horrible customer service. They were trying to get money for the non reusable plastic bags as well. the person who was serving me had no manner. Owner was there did not care about his customer. Sometimes I got smelly old chicken from this shop. Might have been old stock from previous day or mixed old and new chicken together. Never going to this shop no matter what. There is another shop next to them have better customer service and care about their customers.

Asked for 2kg of chicken wings. Was given almost 3kg worth by staff who obviously couldn't be bothered weighing the bag. Scoffed when asked to take some weight off.

Came back and the wings had a weird chemical smell. Avoid this place, just go to Chicken Little opposite Kurimu instead which is fresher and manned by staff who can weigh meat accurately.

After cooking these chicken schnitzels, I must say that if you’re looking for some flavourless food then this is the place to go! After they were cooked in the pan, all the breadcrumbs started to fall apart and stuck onto our pan. We called up and told the owner about the chicken schnitzels and he just gave us lousy responses such as “I eat these three times a week! They’re fine”, “no one has ever complained about them before!”. Honestly, not even any apologises as this is something that we can NOT make up. He told us that there is flavour because they use chicken salt. We said we couldn’t taste it at all and his response was “well we don’t put buckets in..”, honestly was the worst crumbed chicken and we even had to re-crumb the pieces as well!

Don’t buy chicken schnitzels from this place...

We bought a whole roast chicken and some of their fried chicken wings. We were expecting some tender and crispy chicken, but instead, they were chewy, tough and dry as a bone, greasy, dripped in oil and overcooked. Not good!

This place is the worse place to buy chicken. I bought half a kg bag of wings and found a long peace of hair, the chickens had the worse smell as well. I am so turned off this place and will never buy from them again. This place should be shut down ASAP!!

Since last one year I have been buying chicken from this shop, lately I found they charged me $ 6 extra from my car. Card account, went there showed them the invoice and the actual amount they have charged me, they were not sorry for the discrepancy.. finally I got the refund.. weird people in wrong field..instead they adviced me to check the invoice all the time.. thanks for no thanks mate... you guys seems friendly.. hope not to do business again...I don't want to get ripped off..ciao
