Not sure where the low ratings come from but had a very positive experience for phone trade-in today. Staff were friendly, thorough and efficient. Price was reasonable and fair too. Highly recommend!

My first time here today. I traded in an old console and some games here for a couple of newer games. Maria helped me through the whole process. It was a breeze and I'm super happy with the trade. Thanks so much.

I bought Iphone 12 pro in this shop in last december. It was a risk for me because Im living in Switzerland ;-) But absolutly no problem! He works very well. Good experience for me in this shop.

Despite the reveiws I have seen, I would say it is a very lovely store all things considered. I mainly buy DVDs so I dont do much selling so I cannot judge too well. I come in for the nostalgia of being able to buy in store rather than on streaming services, let alone the staff which I would say are very chill and pleasent to be around.

All in all i love going there before my shift starts inside the centre.

Quick tip: If your ever wanting a recommendation for a good horror/thriller movie (in store or not) the person with the snake bite piercing seems to have quite the experience in that area, if u happen to see this dude- thank you, I enjoyed Mandy (2018) very much :)

Awesome. Such a great medium for those keen for a trip down memory lane for video games / movies that is also easily accessible. Despite being second hand all items purchased worked perfectly. Had some classic wii games, playstation games, and movies. Love the variety here. They also sell second hand phones and other accessories.

It’s great because it had many old school games and many electronics for cheap

Thanks to the staff member that helped me out today with a not satisfied Xbox controller bought the day before. I thought I would not be entitled for a refund, but the person at the counter was really helpful and nice resolving my issue. I haven't catch his name, but I'm sure he would recognise himself. Really good customer service!

Always very helpful staff. Great place to recycle old or used games, DVDs and electronics. Great 2nd hand priced products. I got $190 for 2 bags of old games I no longer use because I have new consoles and new games.

Great electronic and entertainment shop with a variety of games, DVDs, and hardware with competitive prices and a generous warranty period. All their stock are presented in the best possible condition and staff are always friendly and approachable, and give honest advice where they can - I bought a Wifi extender and the staff were able to answer most of my questions in an easy going and informative manner. If you are in the market for cheap and reliable tech or just want to see what's new, definitely check them out.

Best games i could find here for my xbox

Love it. Vex is my new video store. Some oldies but goodies for $1:50 which is cheaper than renting. Then if it is not one you wish to keep you return it for credit on another one or a game. They have all sorts of games so do yourself a favour and pop in. Your hip pocket will love you and so will your kids.

Go and buy your DVDs here. Cheaper prices good condition with 2 years warranty. Almost find anything you need. Box sets good prices

CeX is a great store with friendly online and in store staff that are there to help transactions go as smoothly as possible. I have yet to have a bad experience with CeX to date. Calming the 24 month warranty is simple and easy. For all your second hand needs i highly recommend using CeX for quality assurance and customer service alone.

Brilliant little chain of shops with huge range of 2nd hand DVDs and video games. They also deliver extremely quickly and cheap. Highly recommend!
