WARNING: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
Staff consistently had horrible, rude attitudes and had even raised their voices at me! I am shocked and flabbergasted at such rude disgraceful behaviour! When I asked for their help, they rolled they eyes at me and had even muttered something under their breath. As I had to gone there to send something off to postage, I asked them for a pen to fill out written details and they just chucked a pen at me!!! Even when confirming the details of the shipping rates, they had constantly talked over me while yelling at me on top of that. I am beyond humiliated and filled with such rage! They really need to fix up their customer services and do better! Remember that I am giving you business -- the least you can do is just to show some basic manners!
In the meantime, I ADVISE YOU TO COMPLETELY AVOID THIS DISGRACEFUL PLACE AT ALL TIMES TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM SUCH DISRESPECT!

Terrible customer service. Both preoccupied male and female staff did not want to help customers with shipping details as they sat outside for a smoke or went on their phones to change the song and text friends. Definitely do not recommend giving them the business as they were inpatient and unpleasant towards multiple customers and towards me. I hope Google can get a 0 star rating as they obviously deserve a 0 star.

Extremely poor customer service. High prices for my one package. Packages can cost up to $43. I urge you not to go to this place under any circumstances.

It’s a shame google doesn’t have 0 star they have the most horrible service just don’t go there even there is no more daigou shop in Hurstville.

Poor customer service the staff there are so mean. No patient at all. Never come back again
