I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from the lovely ladies Arya , Alisha and Lydia at Priceline . Their warm and welcoming smiles greeted me as soon as I walked in, creating a positive atmosphere right from the start.

Amy is wonderful! She did my seconds for my ears, she was so diligent and safety conscious. Made me feel so comfortable. Would recommend 100%

Amy/Amal was amazing! Went in to get an ear piercing and she was lovely. Very customer oriented, an absolutely amazing woman. She's an absolute gem and Priceline is very lucky to have her. I will only get my piercings from her from now on. She spent time mapping out the piercings and ensuring it looks exactly how we want.

We went for piercing and Amy did such a fantastic job. She was patient and gentle. She answered all queries and handled any anxiety like a pro. She made my daughter feel comfortable and very happy. I would highly recommend going to Amy.

I visited Priceline pharmacy to have my 1.5year old daughters ears pierced. Amy was wonderful- so professional and friendly. As you can imagine, a toddler is tricky to hold still and settled whilst prepping to have her ears pierced but she was so calm and focused and had it done in no time. I highly recommend her!

Amy is the best piercer i’ve ever had. She’s funny, sweet and made the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back here to get my ears pierced because of how great she is 💕

On 13th Dec 2022, I took my baby to see AMY, the baby ear-piercing specialist at Priceline Burwood. Her shift had ended, she had not had her lunch either, yet she still managed to fit us in after I had waited around for 30min walking up and down the centre waiting for our turn and by that time it was eating into my daughter's nap time. She was so understanding and did a FANTASTIC job, was so kind and patient (she did it with a smile too - I wouldve been hangry by then) having had to stay back past her shift. Thank you so much Amy. I know your fav lucky number is 13 but that day I felt I was super lucky to have met you and for you to work your magic on my daughter's ears that day 🌈

I'm absolutely delighted with this beautiful pharmacy. The staff have a nice welcoming smile and they are very friendly and caring. It's a delightful place very clean and organised.
Most other pharmacies are packed with unnecessary cluttered aisles.
But this pharmacy has a lot of space to offer and move around. Thanks so much for your service.

I came in looking for a particular perfume for months and it was constantly out of stock. Mashan (apologies for misspelling your name) took down my name and number and told me she'd give me a call when it was back in stock. Much to my surprise she did call me weeks later and let me know my best bet was doing a click and collect to secure the perfume. So helpful. I will continue to come back to this shop because of her!
