Awesome authentic Thai restaurant with Thai owner and master chef. Apart from great food, the service is great as well. Pass by Colac, Mango is the best choice for Thai food lover.

I was a great little surprise as we didn’t plan to visit this restaurant. However, we will go back every single time we go to Colac. Awesome service, with great real thai food that tastes better than in Thailand. My partner is Thai and I have lived in Thailand for 3 year and we were both totally surprised of the quality of the food in here.

The owner is a Thai man from Isan and you can see how much he cares of his customers and restaurant.

Spotlessly clean restaurant and kitchen, decorated with a similar atmosphere to coffee shops in Thailand which usually also offer food.

Well, it was a 10/10.

I had a wonderful experience dining at Mango Colac. The owner is kind and humble , always ready to provide more info and help you in every possible way. The food was nourshing with a touch of perfection. Every ingredient is taken in account for food prep. I would love to visot again if i get a opportunity.

We were going from 12 apostles to Melbourne and wanted to have Thai food for dinner. Accidentally we found this gem of a place. The food was delicious and the service was awesome with a smile. Be careful when you say you want spicy, the red chillies might give you a hard time. Overall food, service, staff everything was exceptional. Try their fried rice and stir fry's, tastes amazing. The one and only issue is the eggplant in my green curry was not great.

I first visited in 2019 on a road trip to the Great Ocean Road but I remember this place vividly. Came back again in 2023 and ordered the Pad Thai - taste was on point.

Wow! What a great little Thai restaurant, super decor, super yummy food, super service and allowed for us to bring our little trained fur baby inside, as it was windy and cold outside, upon the owners offer that is.
But really awesome food 1 of the best country town meals so far.

Great find after being on the road for 9 months. Prawn Entree (shared) & 2 mains with a drink each total $62. 👏👏. Best chicken Pad c u ever.

We visited our friends in Colac and they took us to this place for dinner. Loved the place and the vibe!

We had cashew stir fry, chilly paste stir fry and pad Thai! Absolutely delicious. Coming from Melbourne we would have never imagined the food in country to be so amazing!! Hands down!!

Took take away next day as well. Lol!

The owner i think who greeted us and made us feel so comfortable was very lovely and amazing too!!

Great food. Staff are very accommodating. If you pass by Colac, don’t forget to include this restaurant in your itinerary.

They have a whole vegan menu and are really thorough at checking allergies and vegan sauces.
We had pad Thai, ginger stir fry, sweet n sour stir fry, fried rice, pad c u and rice paper rolls. So good!

As I am a Thai, I would recommend this Thai restaurant to anybody who comes to Great Ocean.
The location is the way to Great Ocean.

Had a quick halt to this place on our way back to Melbourne.Just had chicken fried rice from this place. The secret to a good fried rice is crunchy veggies and this place has nailed it. The flavors were lips macking! The gentleman who took our order was so sweet. Definitely worth a visit.

I thought food was the best they had to offer but I was wrong. They had the most amazing customer service and hospitality I have seen in a wile. And of curses the food was delicious. The owner Prawesh was such a humble man.

Most enjoyable evening. The atmosphere in this restaurant is amazing and all the details in the decorations makes it even more beautiful. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. They were also most accommodating as I changed the number of guests coming a few times.

Great Thai food, good service and decor. Definitely recommend! Had the mango and duck salad, mango was fresh.
