Probably the nicest McDonalds I’ve ever been too.
Food looked as good as the photos (never happens) and customer service was top notch.

My favourite maccas in Australia. A great pit stop from metropolitan Melbourne to the great ocean road. So far from this institution I have ingested a mcchicken meal and hotcakes. The former very late at night and the latter very early in the morning.

Quite busy when we arrived at drive thru to pick up an order, but staff worked through the orders well and it didn't take us long to get our order and leave.

We came from Geelong for the kids footy and went to get takeaway. I was so impressed with the service and positive staff there 😍 we went to Armstrong creek (Barwon head road) with grandies last the service was terrible and very slow in side, only concentrating on drive through. We waited for twenty minutes very disappointing

One of the best places at Colac to have a meal. Been to Colac for some work by train. It was raining and extremely cold. Went to this McDonald took a meal with coffee, and sat there for an hour, warm and comfortable. It's a busy place. Drive-thru was busy when checked. The staff is quick, friendly and helpful. Charging slots are available for a few seats. Love to visit there again.

Stopped here for lunch on Australia Day and it was packed inside thought we would be waiting a while but waited no more than 5 minutes , the staff did a great job , special shout out to the guy in the blue lactose tshirt with the Tatts think he was the manger he had the place working like a well oiled machine , best Maccas I’ve ever been too , food wise and the staff.

Cups covered in coke, greasy box, and had to wait too long for Big Mac sauce. Overall, good 👍 coffee was delish 😋

Did a really good job at fixing the app issues that I was having and got my tasty meal out to me. Impressed.

Busy Maccas, the boss running the front counter was organised and pleasant. The cues were out the door and still he managed everyone efficiently and effectively.

Fast service.. only down side was I had to clean and wipe down tables before we could sit... still no improvement on tables.
They where such a mess.
Asked a staff member to wipe down for up
Said I will just got a cloth.
Needless to say she didn't :(

This has got to be one of the best stores in Australia, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are great. The table service is unexpected but a really nice touch, it's different for McDonald's to do. If I lived close by I'd be back but I do recommend to those passing through to stop by because this is worth the stop.

Very confusing. The digital board for ordering didn't work or were very slow.
Most clean inside. Someone wasn't cleaning out the garbage.

Great customer service especially Tim was very friendly with us yesterday... Good space for having quick bite... Drive through was a bit busy but overall good. Great savior when you are driving from apostles to Melbourne...
