Mary Ann Reserve

Fantastic waterfront park with plenty of shade! BBQ available, which was clean. Plenty of toilets, also very clean,, cleanest public toilets I've seen in a while!! Very large grassed area for a hit of the hockey ball or some 'backyard cricket' and a couple of nice little playgrounds.

Wow, fantastic work to get this reserve looking so good post flood.
Absolutely pristine, lovely place for a picknick by the river.
Love it, great amenities, good access, plenty of parking.

The reserve is very nice place to relax & have a picnic & look at the Murray River & the river is up & the proud Mary was there & looked very nice 👍👍👍

A must visit for all who come to beautiful Mannum. There are rotunda and rustic benches aplenty for all who wants to picnic or lunch here and enjoy the serene water views while you eat.

There are pelicans perched atop the two pillars in the water edge if the jetty, and the majestic Murray Princess river boat parks here often as it cruises down the mighty Murray.

You will not find a more serene and beautiful riverside garden and park in South Australia.

We love the river my kids and I live down Maryanne Reserve all summer! We love the rope swing the kids love new playground it is awesome!!! Highly recommend you visit Mannum and come down the river for some fun!!!😎👍

Boat for imaginative play and a slide with challenging rope climbing on the sides.
Highly recommend so a good rest break and to wear the little ones out! Did I mention its fully fenced?

A wonderful outdoor place really highlighting the beauty of Mannum. Has X2 toilet blocks, X2 playgrounds, access to the river, place to walk pets and kick the footy. Historic too. BBQ facility available to the public and shelter as well. Beautiful and well maintained.

A great spot to drop the Boat off, take the Kayaks out or just leave the kids in the safe swimming areas on the edge
There are grassy areas for kids to play on and they go right to the waters edge to allow for easy swimming

Pets are allowed but only on a leash

Plenty of grassy areas with chairs/tables under cover for picnics

Bathrooms available and the whole place is very well maintained
The town also provides shops and petrol stations close by

Great park where you can see a few paddleboats up close if you can't afford to go on one.
Well set out and good facilities. Plenty of parking, clean toilets and bbq's facilities.
Wildlife to feed as well.

Always a nice part if Mannum to visit. Can sit here and watch the world go by!!

This is a fantastic reserve for recreation, relaxation, barbecues & picnics. It is well cared for & the wildlife are friendly.
A good spot to fish or have a run around with the kids.
There are free bbq's, picnic tables, a play ground, plenty of parking, clean public toilets & a lovely view.

Had a Exellent arvo at Walkers flat and Mannum.
The Murray towns are looking Awesome now .

Good place to park your houseboat, go up and have a coffee.
