Loved my coffee thank you

Located on the ground floor of St George Hospital main entry, the cafe is open long hours to service staff and visitors. Variety of ready made sandwiches in with different bread options, sweet including donuts, tarts and cakes, coffee and teas, great ranges of Tom & Emma fruit juices. Variety of snacks including crisps and chocolates. Prices as expected for the convenience - $18 for two fruit juices and a banana bread. Coffee is decent and much better than vending machine options.

Want to have coffee at late hours? This is your place. Hospital visitors obviously knows this place but if you happens to be around desperately looking for a dose of caffeine after 3pm and till 10pm don’t hesitate to come and get a cup. Not saying coffee is exceptionally great but good enough. Some snacks, sandwiches and wraps till late too.

Coffee is alright.

The service at the CAFE a couple of days ago (the one near Emergency) was atrocious. The lady (blonde hair) was rude and condescending. $5.70 for burnt coffee is outrageous. It has proven to me why so many people go across the road to the cafe outside the hospital and to cafe's in the surrounding area. The food sold here is VERY expensive, which in itself is disgusting given that it's people visiting sick people with little option other that to buy this overpriced food.

I won't be buying anything from here ever again. Customer service goes a very long way and if you haven't mastered good coffee and good customer service, you might as well pack up shop now.

Coffee is ok. Don't bother with any cakes or pastries. They leave them for as long as it takes to sell them. Stale, old and pricey. Better to go across the road on Gray St.

Have been in this hospital for 6 weeks with my wife. This cafe should be better at making quick service for stressed patients and family. It’s about a 15 min wait for a coffee. Go across the road much faster and better taste. I just had to walk away as my coffee not even started after 10 mins and was nobody in the shop. Just no idea how to serve. Keep my money

Food is revolting. Very unhealthy and the menu never changes. It’s suppose to be a healthy food! I would not give it to my dog to eat. Needs to close down

Food is ok.
Service is on the slow side, staff not aware of the limited breaktime for hospital staff. On my 15 min break, I have to wait for 10 mins for a "fresh sandwich"

Service in the main cafe is disgraceful, standing for 15 minutes waiting for a coffee that they never put in the order for. An apology would've gone down well.
Over priced to the point of embarrassment. Wish their tender was due, time for a decent service that offers real food at real prices.
Stay away....save your money and go elsewhere!

Nothing is fresh. Overpriced.
