Not visited much but the times I did have had good service and are very accommodating. Fixed my metal watch strap free of charge.
If one has a purchase that maybe fails in some way, the shop has to repair if possible or replace

Often good service is gone unnoticed but the lady who served us today at prouds was extremely helpful and all round lovely. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name but if you get served by staff number: 101149 you will be very well looked after.

Staff that I have spoken to in there do not know what they're talking about and try to get more money out of you.
I had recently had a Pandora bracelet fall of my wrist and break.
I took it in to inquire about my warranty and the lady told me I am not covered and that it would be cheaper to buy a new bracelet..
I took it into Pandora kotara and had my bracelet replaced free of charge with a renewed warranty.
All without a receipt.
Just thought I'd share in case someone else gets told they have no warranty
When indeed they do!
This was my second time inquiring about my bracelet in this store with no help.

Disgusted!!!!
My 85 year old mum spent $450 on a service for a watch and it wasn't even cleaned. When I rang and asked what was done they said it had "parts" and was "serviced". Their sub-contractor didn't tell them more. They thought that was OK. They were going to call me back after I said it wasn't good enough, but never called. I later took it to a specialist who said the work done was worth about $200. (The rest was probably mark-up on the sub-contractor). May be OK as a shop but don't go near them for any jeweller's services. Would give them zero stars if I could, I am so angry they stole from my mum who wanted the watch perfect so I could wear it at dad's funeral.

AREA Manager
Tried to leave a no star rating but I couldn’t
I left a watch at Prouds Salamander in February to get fixed was told just a few weeks
I then was called and told it would be $208 I did asked if that was the cheapest way out and was told YES
Three months yes three months later on 18th of May I finally get told my watch is back
When in there I notice watches better then mine for sale at $125 I then see my watch with scratches all over it and ask the question why I was NOT told I could buy a brand New watch for $125 with 3 years warranty answer I got was we thought your watch would have sentimental value well that’s a Big NO I
Told them I don’t think I should have to pay $208 for a scratched old watch with just 1year warranty when I can buy a New better 3year warranty watch for $125 She said she could drop to $169 for my OLD watch I told her I was still not happy so she rang “area manager”who drops price to now $140 I asked could I speak to this “area manager” was told NO I would have to ring head office customer complaints which I did which I had to ring 5 times to finally get to talk to customer complaints who then informed me she would have to talk with yes you guessed it the “area manager” and ring me back maybe in a hour and half after she went to a meeting
Customer service rings back and tells me the “area manager” said that I would have to pay $140 for my old scratchy watch and that was IT
Well Mr or Mrs area manager you have lost a loyal customer as I will not be buying or recommending anyone to buy or deal with Prouds again
And buy the way “area manager” you can keep my old scratchy watch I will be going to another jewellery shop to buy my brand new cheaper watch where customer service will be lot better then your Prouds customer service is under your management
