I can fully recommend this studio although I was only a drop in during my 2 days visit to Blackheath. The instructions were precise and Lulu paid attention to every yogini in the room and gave very helpful individual alignment hints. If I would live in this area, I would practice there daily and would train to be a teacher.

This is an excellent yoga studio. The teachers are great and really know their stuff.
Plus I love this form of yoga, challenging and restorative.
