I have had a great experience with Murray and the girls at reception. I am a tenant, and would like to thank the team for going out of their way on more than one occasion to help me out.
As a tenant, with previous agencies in the past, I have found it quite difficult to get things repaired. However, Murray and his team have been quick and more than reasonable with any requests I have made (and there have been a few!)
Renting through century 21 Dixon has been so easy and always fair- they deserve more good reviews from happy tenants too!

I have been searching for many months for the right agent to take care and manage on my behalf my property. After being a student from China undertaking my postgraduate studies at UNSW myself and my family are in need of a local agent with community values and strong history to secure reliable tenants for our property as I return back him to start my career. In my experience in leasing a property for rental for my daughter i could not have higher regard for an agency. Our family was unfamiliar with the rental process and new to Sydney. We made direct contact with the agency from their online advertisements for accommodation in the surrounds of UNSW and were given outstanding service. The agency staff made immediate contact with us after hours, provided videos of the property to further assist our understanding of the options available to us and enabled us to secure accommodation prior to our daughter arriving in Sydney for her studies. The property we secured was exactly as it was shown in the advertisement and subsequent materials and exceeded our expectations. In settling in to the property our daughter was given recommendations for service providers, friendly advice on the area and transport services and any queries have been handled straight away and often out of hours. The agent went above and beyond what i believe is a normal and met us on arrival on a Sunday and has followed up in several instances after our daughter had moved in to the property to ensure we are satisfied and content. I could not recommend the agency more to prospective renters hesitant to find property in Sydney.

Arriving in Australia I was unfamiliar with how to search and find properties on my own. I was referred to Tracy Xiao by my friend who rented with her recently and was very satisfied with my help from her. I was shown many options, explained the legal terms of the agreement with a NSW government lease and given assistance to prepare the required documents to be approved for the property. I recommend Tracy to help anyone arriving who needs to better understand how to successfully move into a home in Sydney.

Excellent service from Andrew Duigan and Murray Howe when selling our unit in Kingsford. They kept us well informed throughout the process, took great photos, acted on everything in a timely manner and got us a great price in a difficult covid environment.
