Carlton Hardware

The local hardware is a dying business, but this place made me feel like a kid with my dad in the 90s with the same warmth and hospitality. A friendly gentleman helped with my purchase and went above and beyond the basics. Had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price, I can’t recommend this place enough.

This place is a jungle for hardware and spare parts so you may need to ask for help but unlike the big hardware chain stores professionals help is available. Going there for over 15 years and there is no other hardware store like this.

The best hardware in Sydney...friendly and helpful staff and excellent selection of new and second hand tools and hardware equipment...hope dad is enjoying his trip os 👍👍

Carlton Hardware is a family own
ed business. Two brothers run the business, with their dad keeping an eye on things. These are good blokes who deserve our support. Their prices are as good as Bunnings and they have a lot of stock and are as helpful as can be. Highly recommended.

Cheaper than bunnings with lots of products packed into a small area so you can get what you need quickly. Recommended!

Great value, great selection of tools and fasteners. Definitely worth going as they are cheaper than most hardware stores. Better quality aswell.

Definitely a Hardware Store run by people in the know family operated family owned and for the rite advice 2nd to non! Better prices on a lot of stocked items than the big hardware stores and more options as everything seems to be negotiable so why not stop by and give these honest genuine guys a go

It may not be as big a range as Bunnings but stocks pretty much one of everything you need in a pinch. Owner is friendly and helpful with good knowledge.

Plenty of tools for the professional or the enthusiast like myself, ranging from block and tackle to multimeters, D Shackles and even a munitions box. Friendly staff who also hold a stall at the Flemington markets on Saturday. They sell brand new and used.
