Harvey Norman Moore Park

Had a fridge delivered today from Harvey Norman everything went perfectly and they were here at 7:30 am as promised today. Both delivery guys (Esteban & Michael) were very helpful and professional and delivered the fridge and packed it and took away all of the cardboard and packing without a fuss. Thank you very much for a professionally delivery service!

Bought a massage chair and everything went smoothly - arrived two weeks as promised. Thanks to Nicole and Rashesh for their help at the store. The delivery guys Michael and Esteban were very efficient and careful with the chair and has kindly put it together for us where we wanted it. Highly recommend!

Very very good Service, true to their word. I’ve had a problem twice in different parts of the store, one with the Vacume. The head of the vacuum wasn’t working properly. They fixed it. It’s still didn’t work and they were sending a new one. Thank you the Bedding at Harvey Norman is excellent. Top number 10. Best you can get Very very good, very friendly people and they’re down to their word. If something is wrong with the bed they will replace it so you don’t have to worry if there’s a problem they did it for me and they did an excellent job. I didn’t have to get on my hands and knees for them to do it. Thank you very much specially the bending

I was looking for an exchange for my Dyson Airwrap. The staff there was very sweet and helpful. They made sure that I get the exact product that I want. Specially Pheobe who helped me over the call and assisted me in my first visit and Gerard who helped me to get my desired product. They made use I was very well assisted on the busy Black Friday days.

When it comes to having to pick up a phone or a email a request through to Johny Pan, his response time is like watching the engineers changing tyres at Formula 1. Johnny is so fast, efficient, precise, articulate and caring in everything he does. I am possibly as fussy as individual as you get and customer service is so critical in my line of work, whereby Jonny is that rare individual I have complete trust and faith in. He is always approachable and will go out of his way to get the job done. New bed delivered today. Couldn't be happier the bed is great and the service from the 2 delivery guys Issac and Wes was amazing they were so polite and helpful and amazingly quick, even helped with a small issue l had with moving something thanks Issac and Wes and Harvey Norman xox

Good place .. be cariful when you buy samting.. We bought meny things and every thing is broken in 6 mount .. and then during fixing them I bought google chromcast it was brocken and they changed me .. also broken .. one button in the remote does not work .. I won’t go to change it anymore .. who knows what will be broken in the new:)

Needed assitance to set up my entire apartment, Alison and Jason were great. Tech provided great service and bedding was informative. Delivery was prompt and efficient, the lads (Esteban and Michael) were super helpful and ontime for a weekend delivery.

Bought a 2 seater luxury sofa. The service from James and Alison was beyond excellent!! The delivery was fast and very professional. I'm very grateful, many thanks 🙏.

Today I called John Pon to order a new dishwasher because it appeared that my existing dishwasher had broken down. (I never bother arranging a service call for malfunctioning appliances because the service costs and wait times are not worth it!!! I always immediately buy a new appliance.)
Within literally just a few minutes of receiving my call:
1. Johnny identified the best Miele replacement dishwasher for me...he had determined size, colour etc - all of the essential attributes.
2. Johnny booked the new sale with Miele, its delivery and the removal of my old machine!!!
I can't praise Johnny enough!!! He is sincerely the very best most professional and efficient salesperson I have ever dealt with, irrespective of product!!!

I give five stars to Harvey Norman (Moore Park Store ) staff. I bought a Trent Sofa Bed recently. Not happy with some quality issue. Thanks the store replaced a new one and thanks customer service Eden organised everything for me.

Have been shopping at Harvey Norman for years and do all my home shopping here. Thanks to Phoebe (small appliances section) and Pierre (TV section) for always going over and beyond in providing the best possible sevice you can find anywhere.

I just had the most amazing customer service experience, the guy was new his name is Barry, he is super friendly and amazingly helpful, nothing was too hard for him, although he needed some help and got the fantastic Michael, I couldn't recommend the two of them enough.. if you need furniture or outdoor furniture, go and see these two men. You won't be disappointed. The best service in sydney
