Drinks are good, employees are friendly though sometimes it seems like there isn’t enough staff for how busy it gets. But overall never had a bad experience, some of the other reviews complain about slowness which is fair enough but don’t seem to mention how busy it is not only with physical customers but Ubers and such. They work hard big up cha time. They need to bring back the chai and relax and white pearls :)

Visited this Chatime on Wednesday afternoon and ordered a Premium Pearl Milk Tea. It was surprisingly busy considering the lockdown. I was served by the girl working. She was very nice and apologised for the wait, the two waitresses were clearly doing their best to serve the drinks as fast as they could and it was very flavourful!

Hands down the BEST TARO MILK TEA I’ve ever had!! Eastgardens makes it the best out of every chatime I’ve had. Please do not change the recipe!!

Amelia also has great customer service & makes an amazing taro milk tea.

I’ll be back tomorrow 😆

There was an issue with my drink today, and not only did the manager step in to assist me in receiving a freshly made drink, but the staff were exceptionally nice and apologetic. Will definitely be coming back to feed my boba cravings and to take advantage of the amazing service! Thanks 😋😝

Ordered a large peach green tea and it tasted amazing. The service was super fast also! Would highly recommend!

By far the best bubble tea store located in Westfield Eastgardens, was served by a girl named Nicole. Employees work efficiently even under pressure, teas always bursting with flavour, never disappointed. Will definitely be coming back!

Satisfies my boba cravings during lockdown 🤤 My go to is the premium pearl milk tea. The pearls are always so chewy and sweet 😋

Had a good experience before until today, 2 brothers looks not familiar with the work. They spent over 20 minutes to serve 4 cups of bubble tea. Friendly staff and need a bit speed-up.

Bit slow at night but good quality and nice service. The screen you can order on also makes it nice and quick to order.

Premium pearl milk tea is weak in tea flavour and was dotted with white stuff - do they use creamer instead of real milk? The pearls were OK.
